    And they aren't allowed to have decent guns for self defense! I recall that at the beginning of WWII, England had to ask for guns from American to use for home defense. The NRA had a gun collection drive, and the firearms were shipped to the U.K. and distributed to home defense forces. Then after the war, those guns were gathered up and destroyed, leaving them defenseless once again. I would think that those Brits would have learned a lesson about this by now... I thought self defense is a crime in England.

    In fairness I very much doubt that they were doing what has been stated. Why would they do an insertion via helicopter insertion armed to the teeth if their mission was to just make contact with local anti Khadafi types? After all HMS Cumberland just rocked up in Bengarzi harbour and tied up, if they wanted to make contact with local insurgents they could have simply caught a cab to them from the ship. I think William is taking the flak for something that can't be disclosed. Also can you imagine the media if it had got out that the team had killed the local population in a firefight. True. They were there to smuggle out Khadafi's gold.

    This happened outside the terminal. I guess Frankfurt is like US airports in that security screening is inside terminal before boarding or access to ramp. Conflicting info as to where he was born also.
