    Agree, but the police will write as many charges as they can think of, and then let the attorneys figure it out. Should have charged her for false statements to law enforcement. She was stupid. She let the cops search without a warrant. She gave up her 4th and 5th ammendment rights. She deserves what she got. Yeh I agree. she should have just pee'd in her pants and all would have been good. No 911 call, no cops, wake up on the grass in the morning with breakfast in the cooler.

    Would have sucked if when he threw the gun down and it went off with the bullet going up threw is groin into his heart. I knew a guy that was having trouble with the key to open his motel room and threw his bag down. Well, the 9mm in the bag fired with the bullet going up his butt and partially paralyzing him.

    I wonder if a State had passed the Patriot Act, or something very similar, whether it would stand up to a Supreme Court challenge? I believe most of the Patriot Act was sitting in somebodies' desk just waiting for the right climate to get it passed. And now in somebodies' desk is another piece of legislation waiting for the right climate. That's all I will say because they are watching me.

    I was actually surprised when I learned CCR was from CA. I had assumed they were from the Ozarks or nearby. CCR was the best damned beer-drinking music we had in my mis-spent youth. (As opposed to that other stuff which went best with Pink Floyd.)

    Two county deputies went to arrest a guy as he was leaving a gun range for something. He got the drop on them and killed them. It could happen any where but if your at the gun range the probability of someone having a gun is highly likely.
