3.5 days Since I have made a serious bid a ridding myself of smoking cigarettes (no smokes at all). I feel real sh*tty right now. 10 years of nicotine and *wham* cold turkey. I know I can make it. Good post regarding Murphy. Even on super hot days I wear my big baggy tandem suit with the thick leather ass pad. I have not had any problems when I jump that suit.

Exellent!! I am super happy for you two... So when you have the baby you still will not be able to jump together. One on the ground baby sitting while the other gets to jump and visa versa. Though after 9 months of carrying around the baby in your belly I would think it would be more like two jumps for you one for him and so on Congrats!!!

This weekend I promise to spread love and good vibes to everyone at the DZ old timers and newbies alike and to hold my farts* until I am in freefall. (*am i contributing to pollution?), to touch my handles religously, recieve gear checks before every load, and gear check the cuties myself. I also promise to drink one beer for all 10,000 or so registered users here who can't get enough skydiving in thier lives they must come here to DZ.COM to spend their weekdays with other jumpers while pretending to work. I will pull high yet low, be safe yet daring, hook really high yet really low, pay my packer, tip my JM (wait I am a JM - Tip me), turn my AAD on (two rigs 1 AAD hmmmmmmm), and I will yell a big "THANK YOU~THANK YOU" to the skygods when my main opens, and most important of all...............I WILL BUY BEER! Lots n Lots of nectar of the gods............ LOL to all.......hope everyone has a kick ass weekend......... Yeah baby! Thats what I'm gonna do............... Schwing!!

POP I am disapointed in you. Not really but you walked right into the trap. Yes yes RW people are flat and can only do 2 dimensional things blah blah blah. Was it you that had trouble getting into that star the other day? Belly skills a little rusty? Thats ok cause my freefly skills are little rusty too. You're right people should fly every which way possible and respect all the different disciplines available to us. Left, right, Up down, head down, feet down, side flyin, back flyin. Stay humble though and don't go disrespectin those folks who paved the way for us. Be a little more forgiving when a veteran wants to flap his gums about some freaky free flyin rules. I found his post entertaining. And that is all. Hybrids are really cool, but so is just a plain two way on your belly not turning a damn point at sunset with a bud or GF. The question is how much responsability as an individual do want to take? And how much responsability others wish to impose upon you. I grew up in the restaurant business. I even ran one of my mothers places for four years. I kept an eye on my customers and took the responsability of making sure they got home safely if they indulged a little too much. I am not saying I agree with the case at hand, that someone should receive penalties this stiff for being a bit ignorant. But i do agree that we all should keep an eye on eachother. Especially friends. If you have never recieved a call in the middle of the night from a friend (drunk or not) who needed to be bailed out of some sort of situation and taken care of (even changed them out of their clothes and tucked into bed ) then you don't have true friends. I have done so and others have done so for me. A lot of skydivers I know are pretty selfless like that. Help a brother out in need.............. I suck at being serious so i am out.........
