I don't notice women getting harrased at DZ's around my area. Those women that tease the men get equally teased back. I think that some women encourage it. Some don't. Everyone is pretty well behaved and proffesional, very few sexist pigs. And those guys that are dicks usually get regulated by the moral majority. Maybe cause I live in the land of fruits 'n nuts... Hrmm... This sport could use a few more women. If it was right for them of course.
