I bet a Ninja would wup up on a Pirate... I bet that Pirates get more women though... I think a Pirate could out drink a Ninja... Ninja's are probably really good at 4 way... Pirates might be better tandem masters... Ninja's probably pack faster... Pirates might be better pilot's since thet already pilot ships... Hmmm, tough decison..

Sorry about my self righteous ranting yesterday. I never claimed to have not been a post whore myself. I got tweaked because I've noticed (it might just be me) a small core group of today's P-whores that are so blantly posting with complete and total disregard to the subject of the original post or disregard to any posts by people that might have substance that are not part of this crew. Maybe we should eliminate the tracking of post #'s entirely? Anyway I only got 1 FU in this thread and no mean PM's so thank you for your understanding.

Why can't there be one conversation in one thread that is pecific to that thread instead of having the same people replicating their same stoopid conversations over and over and over in every single thread? I dont' know actually... I have met many many dot commers over the years and hope to meet many more. In the past I have been a little nervous to meet folks I have only chatted with online previously but all of my experiences have been good. I have very poor memory of screen names and remembering what those online entities post and such so 99.9% of the time I have no preconceived notions or expectations when I do meet someone. It's hard for me to remember what I've posted often as well. I think folks expect what they get when they meet me though. I still really want to meet Skymonkey1 as I have spent many an hour with SM2. I still can't belive Livendive(Dave) nailed me and I don't remember if it was good or not...

There are no "clubs" in the bay area that I am aware of. I have not heard of any of the bay area university's that had clubs either. There are several private skydiving operations sorrounding the bay area that are open and offer the information and training you would want. Are you at Stanford? Three guys were applying for the priesthood. The Cardinal was going to give them a test. He tied a bell attached to a string on each of their peni$e$. He told them that he was going to show them pictures of naked girls and if the bells rang then they would flunk the priesthood test. He showed the first guy the pictures and nothing happened. "you passed", the Cardinal said. He showed the naked girls to the second guy. Nothing happened. "you passed." He showed the pictures to the third guy. Nothing happened. The Cardinal said "all of you passed." The Cardinal turned to put away the pictures but dropped them. He bent over to pick them up and all three bells went "ding, ding,ding.

If you have a good experience, your instructor provides you with good instruction, good service and you can afford it, I suggest tipping in some manner. Like someone mentioned above, if you are getting certified offer beer, etc., but if it's a one time deal a little $$$ is very appreciated by underpaid instructors. As an experinced jumper and instructor I do tip my packers at the end of the day. Also I was just at a DZ recently where it is standard when a JM recieves a tip that they split it with the videographer if there was one.
