How in the HELL do I go about putting on weight??? I've been trying for forever and a day and nothing seems to help... Here's the thing...I eat anything everything in sight (although not too often in the day - 3 meals tops,) I work out, drink protein, etc, etc...and nothing, nada, zilch...ZERO. Interestingly enough, because I've been working out so much I'm obviously forming a build, yet according to the scale I haven't gained an ounce. And, no...I don't think the scale is broken (just trust me...) Here are the #'s: I'm 5'7 - BUT - because I can't completely straighten out my knees I'm guessing I'm actually 5'10-5'11. Same thing weight-wise; the scale says I'm 114 - again though - because my knees are not 100% straight and because I have to minutely hold onto something to stand I'm guessing I'm around 120. I don't feel good as is, and Ideally I'd like to put on 20-25 lbs. Any ideas? I think I'm just gonna adhere to a pizza, pasta, burger and chocolate diet; hopefully that'll help.
