Absolutely!! It is pretty much standard procedure for the Lawyers to Name everyone they can think of in a lawsuit. Once the "Defendants " find out how much it will cost them to defend themselves, They realize it is MUCH cheaper to just settle whether they are guilty or not. Right, Wrong, Guilty, Not Guilty really doesn’t have much relevance in our Civil System once the Liars I mean Lawyers get involved. And the Lawyers usually are NOT working for a Flat Fee in these cases, They are getting 40% or more of any settlements or Judgements. So they make sure to name everyone they can think of in order to get more money out of the deal. The Father may not have even known the Lawyer was going to also go after the Tow truck Driver and the owner of the car that was being towed.

The concept that Hondas are Foreign and Doges are Domestic just doesn’t work any more. Most Hondas sold in the US are Assembled in the US (Parts made here too) and The Dodge Truck I bought several years ago was made in Mexico. True that Detroit is Dead but the auto Industry is going STRONG and growing here in the southeast US. I spent last week working with 5 Nissan Parts (Instrumentation, Exhaust and Interior products) Plants in Tennessee. they are doing great and plan on expanding yet again. The problem with Chevy, Ford and Dodge is that their Cars are SHIT and don’t last. Get a Honda or Toyota and you have a car that holds resale value, Lasts for over 200K miles and gets better gas mileage and employs just as many Americans.

As for adding all those others, Sounds like typical Lawyer crap. Sue any and everyone you can think of, Most will settle because it is cheaper than fighting it. Any money that does change hands will just end up in the Lawyers pockets anyway.

I talked to him several times this week. I would say he is alright but this is Clay we are tjalking about.. How about he is Himself. He will be back at the farm in Mid June for a few weeks.

I would keep looking. neither of those cars seems worthwhile to me. The Cobalt is a POS in my opinion andthe Audi with 100K on it will cost you in repairs and may be a royal pain in the ass to work on and get parts for. Take the same cash, Buy a Honda or Toyota. Want sporty, Accord EX v6 Coupe or Civic si depending on the budget. I have a 71 340 Duster fully street legal that will run 12:20`s all day long on DOTs but with a 5:13 rear end driving it on the street just isnt practical. (I am going to move the drive train to my 66 Belvedere This summer). The Honda is the grocery getter.

Sounds like Friday evening may be a good time kick off the weekend with a Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster! Since the ingrediants for the original are rather difficult to obtain on ths planet. This will do for nice earth bound substitute for those that would like to toast Mr. Adams. 1 oz. (30 ml) EverClear 4 oz. (120 ml) Bombay Sapphire or Jeremiah Weed 4 oz. (120 ml) Cold Wild Turkey 2 oz. (60 ml) Herredura Tequila 5 oz. (150 ml) Rum 1 worm from bottle of Mezcal 2 oz. (60 ml.) Gatorade Before drinking, eat one olive to create a sweetness in it which is not there. Drink extremely carefully at your own risk, and remember where your towel is (if you can). I generally get violently ill in the presence of Lawyers. I would actually have to speak to one of the pariah in order to file a lawsuit. Not sure any amount of money would be worth that!! Leaches on the ass of society I tell you!! All of them!!

Anyone else here try any of the new Self-Heating single serve Coffees? Just tried one for the first time. Followed the directions, Activated the heating agent, Waited for the Pink dot to turn white (A few minutes), The outside of the container didn’t feel warm at all, So I took a Big Swig.. OUGH!!! Holy SHIT!! That got HOT!! I have no idea how it tasted because if burned my tastes buds off. I think it is a good thing. A hot cup of Coffee whenever you want it no matter where you are.. But Careful. They mean it when they say Self-Heating!! Now my Tongue hurts. Any ideas on how I could sooth it?

When My Daughter was 12 she wanted to learn to pack. I took her to the DZ and she spent the day working with one of the more experienced packers (I think she was 18 or 19 and had been packing for several years.) My daughter spent the entire day with her watching, Learning and helping. Towards the end of the day, the packer brought over one of the rental Rigs and watched over very closely as my daghter packed it by herself. While this I was going on, I was hanging back chatting with one of the resent AFF grads (No more than 10 to 15 Jumps) that thought it was so "Cute" that my 12 year old daughter was learning to pack. Shortly after the rig was all packed up, The guy I had been talking to got his call for the load he was waiting on. The look on his face was priceless when he went to get a rig and was handed the one my daughter just packed. "You are kidding, right? the guy said. NOPE, gear up and get on. It opened perfectly of course. -
Maybe they thought it would get them some extra altitude??
