And an Infant Crying is one thing (very annoying but understandable especially if the parent is trying to comfort the child) but if it continues, The parent should make every effort to comfort the child and get them to stop crying and if they still cannot get the child to stop crying they should move to the back of the plane if at all possible. The article makes it sounds as if that attendant did indeed go too far in this case.. However I have been on MANY flights when I wished other flight attendants would have done the same thing. Kids constantly kicking the back of my seat.. Screaming Babies and Children, Parents letting their Child run up and down the isles. And parents that thought this was just soooo cute. If parents cannot control their children and make them behave in a civilized manner, They should be sent home until such time as they can. This goes for Airlines, Movie theatres, Restaurants or any other public places. But again, This article makes it sound as if that was not the case here. I would be curious to hear the other side of the story.

The battery will eventually die, They all do. so by designing a product where the battery is not easily replaceable.. The customer is forced to either Void their warranty and do it themselves or Send it back for Factory Repair or just throw it away and buy another one. In my mind that makes it pretty much disposable. I never said anything about 400 being some magic number. I had never even heard that until I saw your link. My point was because the iPhone does so much more than a Phone or and iPod, IT will use more power.. Many times more recharge cycles in the same Time frame. Whatever the number is.. You are going to get there much faster than a normal Cell phone (With easily replaceable batteries) or an iPod (Only used for music). I never inferred anything about 400 charges. Simply said that it was another poor design by Apple. Every other Cell phone I have ever seen has an easily replaceable battery. Why doesn’t the iPhone??

I think I am in that clique too. So far.. It looks like I am part of: The ATL Clique The Roaming DZ Clique The Farm Clique And MY personal Favorite.. The Losers Clique!! Sweeeeet!!! So if we can get every person (except Squeak of Course.. We must have SOME Standards!!) to join every Clique.. Then we couldn’t have near as much fun because it would be waaaaay too hard to figure who "Us" and "Them" really is.

Even though I am not really sure which clique I belong to.. But I am certain that if I belong to it, It is obviously the best one!! So which Clique`s are you a part of?

Again.. It is not the Person, But the profession that I have distain for. I do understand that some Lawyers are necessary. Also please note that the actions that you mentioned were initiated by a Lawyer (Prosecutor or Real estate attorney) requiring someone else to have to get a lawyer to fight the action. As the number of lawyers in this country continues to increase, you will see more and more frivolous actions as these people need work. Every time an action is initiated by one lawyer, That just creates work for other lawyers. None of this is productive to society in way at all. Also adding to many people distain is the fact that any interaction with lawyers is almost always under duress. Way too many of our Brightest Minds are going into law. Science, Engineering and Medicine are suffering because of this. Like I said, I know MANY lawyers that are genuinely good people and I personally respect but that doesn’t change how I feel about lawyers in general. They are truly blight on society sucking huge resources away and contributing little in return. I have repented myself Pro Se in Criminal Court, Federal Civil Court and Family Court (And yes, I had Lawyer friends silently guiding me through all that thankfully). The Lawyers opposing me in all those cases had one objective… Hide the Truth through any means necessary. Much of the fault lies with the judicial system itself but the Lies, distortions and tricks each lawyer would pull would just continue to amaze me on every motion.

Yep. I am one of those. The problem with Lawyers is that there are just waaaaaaaay too many. Anytime one lawyer gets involved in any thing, It just means that others have to go get lawyers. The end result generally being everyone involved gets screwed (except of course the Lawyers). Another problem is that there are Soooo many people in Law school right now. Once they get out, they will need to find work. That means more and more legal actions (Thus helping to employ their fellow lawyers). This nation’s best and brightest minds are no longer drawn to Science, Engineering and Medicine (things that add to our society), Instead they are drawn to Law School. That is where the Big Money is. Where does that money come from?? What are they "Producing" to earn that money?? Lawyers only detract from society and add nothing to the GNP or society in general thus all the parasite analogies. Yes, there are MANY Lawyers that I like as individuals however Lawyers in general as a profession are slowly destroying this country with frivolous legal actions that do little other than to fatten their own pockets. Anyway.. Just one opinion from a Lawyer Hating Skydiver that also has many Friends that also happen to Practice that Evil Law Stuff. Now on that I agree with you 100%.
