i can tell you first hand from this specific attack that nobody died... it was a dump truck full of explosives that left a fifteen foot deep crater forty feet in radius.... huge explosion... the vehicle did not stop as police instructed so they fired upon the truck from a safe distance and detonated the explosives... the driver was the only one who died and nobody was seriously wounded

umm so i've been in skydiving for like 2 or 3 years now and i have been posting on these forums for sometime now.... but i never quite introduced myself.... so i am airkid.... and i jump at skydive san diego.... not so much right now cuz i am in iraq well.... don't know what else to say.... so tell me hi or something...

well i cannot tell you much about the ground without violating laws.... at least until i return... you never know who's watchin.... like this kallend guy... his picture looks like someone recently detained..... and gewain i can tell you that i have not seen much press but i hear of them operating over the radio and such and it turns out the president has even stated on my battalions influence here in our ao... now i cannot say much more.... i feel i am already walking a fine line.... for further questions pm me... and be ready for me to ask for some credibility on your identity.... even though i don't think there are many skydiving terrorists.... i cannot risk somethings because the situation here is still volatile maybe even more now than ever....

ok... so i am on the ground now in iraq.... and i don't get to watch the news or anything... and i hear rumors... so i was wondering... is there a lot of political pressure on the government right now for us to leave? i mean what the hell is going on? if anyone knows anything... can you clue me in?

ok.... nothing gets weirder than this.... keep in mind i haven't made a skydive in like three months because i have been deployed to iraq... So last night i was asleep right.... and the only dream i had was only a second long..... i was under canopy and in the middle of a high speed toggle turn... it felt nothing short of real... the wind in my face... the red tint from my googles... the pressure of my leg straps.... everything real.... and then i wake up and realize that i have slept for like 16 hours......

dude gary...... i failed level three like twice and level four once.... no worries dude....... oh and since youre from san diego you should try jumping outta Skydive San Diego...... its on otay lakes rd..... it is by far the best dropzone i have been to for beginner level skydivers as well as the home dz of wyat drewes...... one of the best canopy pilots and instructors.... if nothing else make a trip down there scope it out..... and talk to the gear store owner (bonnie) she is a very knowledgeable woman and loves to see new skydivers and loves to offer advice...... everyone at skydive san diego is friendly and would welcome you immediately...... i guarantee that after being down there for an hour you will feel like you've known some of these peeps for a lifetime...... trust me...... it's worth it to check it out

i jump at sd sd and it is great... it has a swoop lane.... an accuracy pad.... and a big portion is dedicated to students and a license holders -
ok... so anyway i have an original sabre that i am wing loading at about 1.03 and i want to downsize to a loading of 1.13 give or take.... and i want a little more responsiveness and less front riser pressure than my sabre but i dont want it to take 1200 feet to open like a safire 2 so i was thinking of getting a sabre 2 but i dont know anyone who flies one.... any comments? especially on the time it takes to be under a fully functionable canopy....
