well when i was young (and growing up in inner city) it was always the boys who claimed to have been in martial arts to do the bullying... i was never a bully nor was i directly affected by bullying, simply because i knew good communication skills... don't get me wrong i have been in fights and can fight very hard if need be but i'd prefer to take a more diplomatic approach. i think you should be more concerned with teaching your child good social habits than how to physically engage another person.

well... i came from a place where only three people worked in the mayors office... the mayor, his secretary, janet and his friend, bill, although i'm not sure what he did but he always good for a beer and usually smelled like cheap whiskey... so i am not sure what a 'grant specialist' is but i am sure you'll do fine... you should challenge him to a debate about something... you usually perform impressively there...

well if my child was taking eighteen subjects in one year, i would definately be writing letters and having talks with many people.... ... secondly if you ask me.... i'd say that from the ground.... this place looks better than when i first got here... so we're moving one direction....

well let's see... umm gravitygirl has done more for me than i could ever dream... but i knew her in real life before i knew about dz.com and i like nightingale... i don't know her at all in real life but on here she can put up quite an argument and that is always appreciated... and cocheese can be freakin hilarious sometimes idk... i haven't really been around enough to get to know anyone though...

well... i've went through bootcamp i think a little more recently than some of you salt dogs.... and it sounds like to me this sgt. glass character did nothing wrong... i mean four recruits going UA... sounds about right... and making some recruit jump into a trashcan is not abuse.... we've all done it... we all know when we enlist that we're gonna have to go through bootcamp where we will get yelled at, CUSSED AT, have to do pushups and situps and mountain climbers and all of that other stuff until it hurts and your muscles seize up.... you might get slapped in the face from time to time.... if you can't handle than you're not fit to be a marine... hey sorry .... not everyone can make it in the corps... it wasn't designed for everyone.

well... my aunt referred to me as her "son" for the first time that i had heard a while back... i called her and she was talking to someone in the background ..... it kinda made me a little uneasy. she asked me if i had heard her, i guess to seek approval or what not, i told her i had but continued whatever unimportant conversation i had for her...

well "kid" was my nickname at the DZ when i picked my username... but it has kinda diminished since then... (and they called me that because i do look like i am twelve and i am very energetic)
