big bird can make an "ohmigod" face????
-
yeah... most fat asses just get out and run... not do meth... sounds like this guy has more problems than any forum or tattoo can solve.... if i was that guy, i'd be more worried about my kid and his future than drugs and skydiving....

What is the funniest movie you have ever seen?
airkid replied to NoShitThereIWas's topic in The Bonfire
well i am surprised no one mentioned Corky Romano... kris kattan is the funniest guy ever.... next to will farrell... and no one mentioned any of his movies... my personal favorites are Blades of Glory (funny as hell... definitely a must-see), Anchorman, Elf.... also if you watch all of the Kevin Smith movies in order (not in one setting silly) they are hilarious as hell Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, and Clerks II... if you can't find them all... make sure you at least see dogma.... i think it was his best work.... and i also wanna throw in a second or third opinion on team america world police.... also the "movie" movies.... like Scary Movie I-IV and Date Movie and Not Another Teen Movie.... i just recently saw Scary movie IV and it was great.... then you have the classics... like jim carrey's ace ventura and dumb and dumber.... i think i have just gave you enough to keep you laughing all winter... if you need more let me know... -
for a hundred dollars you can have a sex change like this man..... err woman

i will have to agree with everyone advising you against the tattoo, because... you said yourself you have only made one jump within the last year and a half... you are well on your way to "falling" out of the sport, and one day you are going to show off your tattoo to a real skydiver and he is going to ask you how many jumps you got and you are going to reply "5" then he will just laugh at you.... i have over a hundred jumps and i still see myself as a student, still barely understanding the sport, I think you see yourself as a badass who has had the balls to jump out of an airplane, you need to take a look around.... five jumps isn't much compared to what it was 60 years ago... also i don't think you understand death, i may be wrong, but death is nothing to joke around about. it really does suck. and people who die skydiving were sure of the next hour, the next jump, drinking beer that evening with their friends... all of it was already planned in his mind.... if you ask me, which i think you did because you did post in a public forum, you have barely tasted the blue skies, and do not understand the black death. yes all tattoos should mean something, a moment in your life, but how are the blue skies and black death meaningful in your life?

i like the sit in kayaks.... i don't know why, they're more expensive but they look classier... and is a life vest required by law in california?

try drinking a protein shake....... it's not guaranteed to stink but it's almost certain you'll rip one.... try drinking one with the burrito...
-
... but i have no idea what i am looking for... i want one that i can sit in and has storage for my lunch or maybe even some fishing gear for later... but right now i just want one to go out onto the ocean and enjoy the tranquility... and i thought about a tandem in case i ever wanted to take someone out with me... it could be a cheap and still sentimental date... if things go right.... i saw on craigs list a couple of necky manitou sport kayaks for a combined price of 850 dollars which is cheaper than most tandems i've looked at... well if anybody knows anything about kayaks, let me know if that is a good buy or if there is anything i should know about owning a kayak before i actually buy one.

ok... i really don't think it was plagiarism, i am the one with an artistic talent with words.... not you.... and shari.... as long as you don't have a heart attack when you see me naked... you can do what ever you want to me...

i liked the chick from the movie "the fog".... no but your post got me thinking about this jump i did once.... it was the last jump of the endless days of summer II boogie at skydive san diego last year.... sometime between the plane taking off and use jumpin a thick layer of clouds or fog or whatever formed around 2000 feet over the lake next to the dz.... and while i was under canopy it drifted over the dz.... it was so neat though... watching the canopies glide over it like puffy snow.... it remains my favorite jump ever.... it was probably the most beautiful thing i have ever seen....

well i think the massage party could be a little out of my budget.... thanks guys... i just want to do something fun and creative something that they would never forget.... i think for my dropzone i am going to bring a case of every different brand of beer that i have seen people bring... and just personally thank everyone individually while i am down there... i just wish i could think of something more creative... i am super excited to come home... i don't think that y'all even reallize... i had my transition brief yesterday (the "hey don't beat your wife" brief....) and it kinda made me think about how close i am to actually coming home... this isn't the first time i have had to leave (i've been in the marine corps for three years) but this is the first time i left so many people behind...
-
well my ears have never popped... but i was going to invite you to come down to San Diego to do your training there.... we're all really nice i promise... and how did you not enjoy the intensity??? that was the best part about learning how to skydive.

most of my friends and family supported me... not the war... so i don't think patriotism is the way
