I am definitely going to Summerfest for most of the week--Rantoul, I wanna go to, but it will depend on money. I have a jump package I can use at SDC, whereas rantoul will be quite a bit pricier.

Overdoing special effects will cheapen any story, but explosions are popular with the moviegoing public. I dont think it's that a director or screenwriter thinks they are improving the story as much as making it sell more tickets. I think that if you think a movie cheapens a great story or piece of literature, simply don't go see it. blue ones Tomas

I GOT MY HELMET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was waiting for me when i got home from work. Now i am a real freeflyer!!! it freakin rocks. I haven't had a chance to fly it yet, but it's great! it is a rawa video helmet, with a flat top to mount a still camera should i ever want to. it came with a bite switch for the camera as well as a t-shirt that is too small for me, but who cares...I GOT MY HELMET! blue skies Tomas

I am waiting delivery of my camera helmet from RAWA. it's still too soon to be expecting it (i ordered it 3 weeks ago today)...but i can't help but hope it gets here soon!
