    Well, before the U.S. decided to invade and show off its latest weapons to prove that the U.S. can still kill a huge number of people without remorse, Iraqis had water, electricity, schools, universities, hospitals, fuel, food, medicine, no car bombings, children playing outside. Pretty much the same as here in the U.S.. Sure, Saddam was not the nicest guy but, when you compare him to what our own secret police do, there is not much difference.
