As soon as I read the very first line of this article I just knew it could only be written by a man. It's a textbook example of articles trying to summarise the psychology of the opposite sex - the author hasn't got a clue what they are talking about, quickly gets out of their depth and consequently make a total ass out of themselves somewhere along the way. During Brian's canopy course I reluctantly loosened my chest strap under canopy when he urged us to. I was amazed by the difference in performance and the immediate effect on my landings. Harness turns are so much easier now.. No, I just went out and bought mehim some Slim Fast. Fixed it for ya Walter, John and Mitch were stranded on a desert island after a shipwreck. I had a nice 'n stable exit. However, I fell through my level. No prob, I can upfloat really well which is evidenced by me coming from diagonally above in the next frame. In the video you can see Gerard getting the hell out of the way to avoid me colliding with him. As I approach the formation at top speed I suddenly realise I'm going WAY too fast and manage to brake and fall down just in the nick of time. Then when I looked upwards I was just in time to see the others break apart - directly above me. I wave off and start tracking, feeling like a total asshole for endangering my friends.. After I landed, they formed a dishonour guard for me - I had to walk through the middle while everyone of them gave me a kick in the rear. I deserved it.. Oh well, at least I had a perfect landing... I don't always adhere to the beer rules. Sometimes I just buy a round for an obscure "first" if I feel like it. It's not really annoying as such, just thought I'd mention it. When a Mod decides to move a thread it is marked as "new thread" in its original forum when you view the forum list. I didn't think to make a screenshot as an example before I refreshed my browser, but the "abstinence thread" which originally was posted in the Women Only forum is such an example.
