Unnessary remarks about me & I have NOTHING to do with this. Bruce is obviously under the influence of something or deliberately doing this. He started with asking if anyone had read the 2 long posts I made then one after another he is on another subject making dirty remarks. When he came back to the Hotel room just as it was time for us to be downstair and quickly freshened himself up and change clothes as I fixed him a drink is when he did the GERONIMO thing and he had gone to see an old friend. He told me about the friend later on as we were in a rush to get dressed and down stairs - we were late. When Pat sent me her book - then I knew and so much of it was actually true. The pictures taken of BARB after the trans gender operation - I had seen before - before Duane died...Maybe they were just in a magazine or book about sex changes - but Duane told me he knew her. Now I find out while we were in Seattle that she was working there! Made sense only to me of course. The fact that both Duane and Barb had connection to CA and they did NOT live very far from each other in CA. The fact that Barb had Puyallup connections and so did Duane and so DID HIS FAMILY. HARD FAST CONNECTIONS. Her research pulled her story and my story together, but the only way I can prove it is to get to WA and I am trying like hell to get well enough to do so and find the financial resources I need. I need the help of records - and people able to do the county searches. I need the help of the churches and county records and old folks in Puyallup....also copies of any local new paper. The family had ties to Puyallup & to the Stuckee house and to Pomeroy and the people who had Pomeroy farms. Perhaps this is where Geestman and his wife supposedly connected with Barb. The sister called me before her son took her to TX because she knew she would never be able to tell these thing again. He son was concerned about his military career...and that it would sully his position. I had a Dr. appt and not much time. She told me to write them down - I tried and over the yrs the note didn't mean anything...I was dissed ever which way. She told me names and Duane's connection to WA. I thought she said Quensinberry, but she corrected me "NO with a W not a Q". She instructed me to write the things down & I did but life went on and I found those note several months ago & tried to put them in the thread, now I can't find them. Wenz, Wenzenberry, Wuesenbury...I am uncertain of the spelling. The Wenz was connected to his mother & why I threw it in the mix. Good Folks who helped her father and mother in hard times - friends of the family on her mother's side - this would be the woman who gave birth to a daughter around the time that Duane was born. The two women made many trips to keep their friendship going - I do NOT know the names. but somewhere IN this thread -I did manage to find some of them....NO one can remember back to that time. These people are also the reason the Weber came West...in 1943. This is were - Barb somehow gets into the picture - and when I read about the ranch in CA...I had been told that story before and that is when I knew the connections are all there. How could so many people be involved, but not involved in this old unsolved mystery. Duane and Barb spent some time in CA together -but, without some help I will never prove it - I need pictures - pictures I do NOT have. Pictures locked in the archive of the Duane's brothers old file I have NO access to - Probably been destroyed by now. The story Duane told me about friends of the family in Ca and the ranch they bought and the boy was really a girl. Duane and he used to go camping. They supposedly got into some trouble together in CA. Oh well, this is useless and NO ONE cares about the TRUTH but me. The truth is not a movie that will hit the screen - and the book would be so convoluted and extensive NO one could ever follow it I just need to go to WA and spend several months - time is NOT on my side nor is my heath. Frankly NOT all of them think they are 100% sure their suspect is Cooper. Blevins - Common sense should tell him KC was not Cooper. Marla - she HAD so much wrong - nothing jived. It all sounded like a story a man tried to sell me on when I first went public. The calls came out of the midwest or south west. I would wager to say her contacts are the same ones who contacted me. One was supposedly law enforcement and either S.C. or N.C. was mentioned at one point. Would have to go back to the notes of the times if they even exist anymore. I wasn't buying into it & the media on Duane drifted away. Then along comes Marla and the individuals I believed to have been the ones to contact me are suddenly on her like flies to honey. So a sucker is born everyday. A contact last yr may have been an extension of this same group. Not sure what their angle is. A story or to discredit. Jo required to many facts for them to use me & I was not a child in 1971 or in 1979 when Duane took me to WA. What I knew was not over a dinner table at the age of 8, but as an adult in 1979 and the words came out of the mouth of a man I would remain married to until his death in 1995. He would then before he died try to tell me the rest of the story - but he forgot to tell me the specifics. I call myself Stupid Damn BIMBO! WHY didn't I ask Duane questions- HELL, it is very difficult to ask questions about a name you never heard of - DAN COOPER! Sailshaw and the Foremans - too much of my own story connects to their story to ignore and more than I have been willing to discuss. Richard Petersen had already come up in my research several times as I tried to remember the conversation Duane had in WA in 1979 - about the guys & goats & the border line between Idaho and Wa. The Indian reservation and the fact he could never go back to that area and then a few yrs ago I found an arrest record the FBI obviously missed or hid...until so many yrs had passed there was NO DETAILED report of the incident and there was another person involved. Note these did NOT mean anything until Sailshaw and others presented Petersen as a suspect. Also in this same conversation was the mention of a Camp up above there West of the ID border line and a river and flying planes to all of these little places - Twisp was actually mentioned and above Twisp was a museum & Smokejump place. I told JT about this YRS ago before Belvins ever wrote his story. If there was a picture of WEBER in that museum - JT removed it & just below this location was one of those Farms for young troubled guys. This was the same conversation when Duane told me HE COULD NEVER GO BACK THERE! DUH! What the fricking hell did that mean! This is the time the riddle came in -one that Knoss tried to claim was entirely different. I was never able to remember the riddle, but it had ZERO to do with the shit Knoss cooked up. I just know the riddle was about a little Indian boy. Nor COULD I ever discount Barb Drayton. It was too soon after surgery for Barb to have been - physically able to pull the incident off...but Duane went POOF one afternoon in Sept/Oct of 1979 in Seattle. Georger - I truely hope she was never damaged emotionally, but being realistic she had to have problems afterwards. Not many people are able to experience something that tramatic and not be effected. She spent a few yrs trying to find herself after a failed marriage. The emotional problems caused by not only the incident but by the media did affect her life as they would anyone else. It has been difficult for me & I wasn't on the plane. Frankly - what she has done & how she has handle her life since the incident is remarkable. She felt the need to help others overcome problems & this became the foundation of her life. The experience caused her to come to the realization of her purpose on this earth. Are you going to deny that you never find a purpose for your life? Your children, your wife or your work. Her purpose came to be - helping others, but she was not sure how to direct that purpose. As the yrs followed she realized being nun was not the answer and she then went into the private sector doing what she loved to do - helping others to overcome their problems. She became what she was intended to become - someone who extends a guiding hand and a voice of comfort. She has indeed put the memories in the back of her mind -and even her memories like mine regarding my life - often become scrambled. That is natural - the carton of eggs is dropped and you make scramble eggs, or a cakes or pancakes. You take what is dealt to you and do the very best you can do. The most important thing - is not harming those in your way and to always be kind. When one has been there themselve guiding others down the path becomes natural. The only shield one has - is to stay off the main road and hope you can keep a low profile. This is how Tina has had to live her life for 42 yrs. She quickly learned during those first few yrs after the crime - this is NOT funny - this is scary...she went into a marriage and it failed. Cooper probably did NOT have anything to do with that. It was after the divorce that she sought solace and wanted to feel protected. This is my own feelings & I believe very close to the truth. She is a viabriant and intelligent and spiritual person, with a deep respect for the poor, the emotionally ill and anyone in need. She demonstrated that while she sat on the plane with Cooper - can anyone even imagine her thoughts, fears and the weight she carried on her soul and in her heart. What she might or might not do - other lives depended on her being right. She knows that what she does might someday save a life or make that life better. If she has to tell a little white lie to sugar coat the truth - I would never put that beyond her. NO she is not a nun - her heart is good and I really hope I get to meet her someday....and NOT to talk about Cooper. She has a story to tell and I hope that some day she tells that story - a story about overcoming obstacles in our lives. Blevins - great job on your post about Tina. It is time for us to stop letting individuals like Bruce say demeaning things about Tina and others. THERE is no need in his stating his sick opinions about her. I will say this you interviewed a lot of people but NOT once did you demean anyone - you got out of sorts with Geestman, but from the clip I saw it was apparent he either was not feeling too well or had been tipping the bottle. Why Bruce continues to use the MF words when referring to Tina - is sickening. How would he feel if Tina had been his sister? You are perfectly correct - the girl that could not go to college and they wanted to travel and meet people and perhaps marry a pilot = The card Tina drew definitely made an impression on her life. I wish Cooper had kept Florence as I think she was a little more able to handle the stress... Tina did well - and I sure would not have wanted to have been in her shoes that night. The more likely answer is she went into the airline hostess business as a career, and ended up having the shit frightened out of her at 10,000 feet while the other stews were allowed to leave. She was exploring her feelings about what she wanted to do later in her life . I know why she chose that genre. By helping others she could help herself. The threat of getting blown up will do that, along with having to do all the legwork such as dragging in the money and chutes, and believing you might be forced to jump from a jet at night. Don't bother to answer the question. Your insensitivity to everyone involved is deplorable - all for the sake of writing a book & making a name for yourself. All you have done is make an ASS out of yourself....the garbage and opinionated statements will haunt you till the day you die. YOU trashed Tina & wrote false opinionated & insensitive things about her & her family...you went WAY too far. You never cared about the victims. You continued to badger them & now insulting an FBI agent with your opinionated writings & postings is another low for Bruce Smith. The 2 times I spoke to that agent in 2013 - he came across as a very kind and caring person. Regarding Ckret: He was totally off the board with his handling of Cooper as an FBI Agent & this was handled by the FBI office in an appropriate manner. At least it was made to appear that way. My last email & statement to the FBI was caused by what was reportedly stated on the internet about Galen Cook talking about what went on in the FBI office. The FBI's comments comparing Jo Weber to Blevins....not appropriate and in the presence of a writer who is tooting an unlikely suspect. Agents who ACT inappropriately - need to be disciplined. Jo pays dearly everyday of her life because the agents did NOT contact her and the agent of record only went by note made by others. Valuable time & information was lost during the time from 1996 until 2006. Information and witnessed who are now deceased....(the FBI handled a lot of this completely wrong). Because of the yrs that had expired & the fact 2 of the individuals were by law minors in 1971 - a more sensitive agent should have handled those interviews. If individuals in the background of a suspect had been offered immunity this case would have been closed as SOLVED yrs ago. As one told me "I know Duane was Cooper" and then a few months later she overdosed after returning to CA from Eugene, OR. Odd how all of this intermingles. She went to Eugene because of a man who offered to help her and her son...What she told me about this man - NO one would ever believe and I didn't know it was important - it was just a story about a young woman's troubled life....looking in all the wrong places. I have letters from the mother regarding this...with dates. She told me about her life & Duane's life with her family and how much she loved him and that she kept somethings of his. How ODD the story she told me prior to 2002 was so similar to the story told by Marla...and both involved Eugene...I wish I had recorded that conversation, but I even had problems with recorders in 2002.....I still just wing it on the computer. Life is what it is! I should have taken a deal in those early yrs and maybe the publicity and the money might have help me get the information that has now taken 18 yrs to collect.....and it will all end up in the dump....if I could find something to play those tapes on I could vindicate myself on much of what I have told as they were pre 2000 and before my use of a computer. Did try to play one and it broke - I just put it back away. I do not have the money for the technology or to pay people to help me, nor would I be alive to say NO, that is not how it happened or that they did NOT understand my notes. The continued attacks by BRUCE with his sick fantasy is just too much! THE DZ does NOT need much more to TAKE this thread DOWN....OR move it out of HISTORY & TRIVIA. The email and exhanges I have with Galen Cook fill up 8 inches of printed material. IF Galen was such an exceptional investigator why was he FEEDING off of Jo Weber....a simple woman working with nothing but a phone and her voice - asking questions and trying to find people. Begging when she had to. Galen could NOT get to first BASE. He couldn't understand why or how I found Tina before him...and then co-erced me for her personal information which I refused to provide to him....over 2 yrs later I gave him a little clue - find her divorce records and you will find Tina. It took him about 2 yrs after that to find her....THEN what does he do - he provides Bruce with the information so he could invade her privacy with his abrupt and rude and uncouth manners...and his OLD Enquirer attitude. What was the purpose of sending a Bull into see Tina. That was the last thing she and her family needed. Galen and Bruce need to be strung up by their balls...then listen to them squeal. Neither one of them had a story without the information Jo was in possession of....information Galen had sought for decades...information provided to JO by a person whose identiy will remain a secret. Why didn't Galen just go see Tina and tell her who he was - the kid that was enthralled with Cooper and friend of Tosaw's a man she knew and spent some time with when he wrote his own book. Simply do NOT understand why some of you sneak around like everything is a big secret. Cook, Bruce, Georger, Blevins - they like to play hide & see in the barn. Jo, Without producing that ticket there is no way to tell whether your memory is accurate. You may "know" that you held that Dan Cooper ticket, but a feeling does not validate a memory. I don't think you lie, but I do think you are so biased that it affects your ability to accept evidence that points away from Duane being Cooper. You only give credence to evidence that supports your hypothesis. We all fall prey to bias if we have a favorite suspect. You are not alone. 377 If you ever meet me you will know Bias is not part of my exploration. I have accepted evidence that went in other directions. I have explored THINGs not discussed in this thread. The individuals who contacted me fed me stories - stories I had to check out - stories never told about in this thread. A lot of wanna be's and a couple of these turned out to be NIGHT MARES! Also damaged my credibility. Duane said "I'm Dannn Cooooper", but does that make him Dan Cooper? NO it does not. It is all of the rest of the story and the memories that resound with a "YES". Do the memories make him Cooper? No, but his history, plus my memories with him, what he said & his obscur past. So OBSCUR Perhaps the FBI couldn't unravel his past. The FBI refused to us civilians to extract information, so I had to do it on my own...remember I offer to approach certain individuals with a wire. Did Weber hide his past because he was an ex-con. Employment & friend wise that was acceptable, BUT his concealment of his past was EXTREME. One does not cut themselves off from a cherished family member because of a falling out with another sibling....YET, Duane made sure NO traceable contact was made. Duane made a phone call after the Drs. put the shunt into his arm...he knew he was into countdown & if the authorities wanted him - well, he was ready. Evidently NO one ever connected Duane L. Weber or John C. Collins (other than some contacts out of the penal system). The claims from the penal system were checked out and by the time I presented Duane - the FBI had lost the files. Literally lost the Jefferson reports naming the individual the local agents went to the prison to interview! Other prisoner in other places also had leads. NONE of this was EVER REVEALED to the public. Ckret even looked for those files - but like the Jefferson file they were obscure from him....think about this & digest this. Orders are orders. Definity not BIAS & my memories are NOT flawed to any serious degree other than what age has done. My explorations - yes, they hurt, but had I been bias - those explorations would never have existed. With the HELP of the SYSTEM - I believe this case can be put to rest! The public will need to be involved to in a way it has never been involved before. Public attempts to contact old state and federal employees and ex-prisoners can be done in a Publix Appeal. I have shied away from this over the yrs - except for this thread, NOW - ANYTHING GOES as long as it is legitimate and reaches many many people in the realms I need to find. AARP - is a good example of where the STORY needs to be told & with pictures. National TV - programs that can spend intense time on the search with 2 segments. Jo may not be around or available. I was able to verifiy an item did ACTUALLY exist and I had that infomation in an old file from yrs ago....so the guy didn't create it and it was NOT something I discussed in the thread until I DISSED the man who presented the evidence...NOW I have been able to VERIFY the item did exist from my own old research I had filed away yrs ago. Odd I had always heard that expression about the Truth versus Fiction and I have actully live it for 18 yrs now. Went to the FBI in May of 1996 and now it is almost May of 2014. IF the FBI if had anything that proved he was NOT Cooper then WHY have they NOT presented it! As it stands they can't prove he wasn't Cooper and I can't prove he was Cooper! What do I wish? - I wish Duane had never taken me to WA and showed me the things he did and that he had never told me he was Dan Cooper. Wonder what my life could have been like if Duane Weber had never existed? Too late now! I wish a certain person would finally tell the truth about what was in the van and what was in the wallet - two lies does not a truth make. The FBI never asked the man who bought the VAN to take a test of any kind....One he did NOT open the wallet and the other it only had my husbands military paper and drivers licencs. WELL, shaking my head emphaptically, I he opened the wallet to see what was in it well enought to tell me on the phone that about those papers - HOW come when he brought to my door serval days later and the told my he didn't know what was in it becuase he didn't look. Nope. That's not how it works Jo. You made the claim. You have the burden of proof. You haven't met it or even come close. Placing Duane in WA is not proof. Showing the FBI screwed up is not proof. Poofed tangible evidence is not proof. 377 I held that ticket with Dan Cooper written on it and I held a ticket Stub and Duane told me "I'm Dannn Cooper". He took me places I could never have found if I had not been there before. That doesn't mean anything to you guys, but It means something to me...and I know I did NOT imagine it & that they are NOT false memories. I don't give a damn if NO one believe me - it is the truth and nothing but the truth so help me GOD! I have not made anything up. I do not know if there was someone with him --- but, there was others with knowledge of if nothing more than after the fact...2 of them that I am aware of and now they are gone. One his sister and the other his wife who was the one who contacted Max , but Clara (not her real name) only knew what Cooper told her. She had waited long enough and he had told her he would not be alive in 5 yrs as that is what the Dr.s told Weber in 1976. I had tried to separate the side view from the frontal The frontal is what I needed to to make a point. ENLARGE the black and white composite to LETTER SIZE - what you see will set you back a few moments. The sketch done by the artist - the full page black and white (actually sepia) show the artist's hand strokes and what he was REALLY trying to show. Then you compare the Jefferson Composites with the pictures made before & after the skyjacking...you will NOTE that Duane has a LOT more chin before & after Jefferson. Well, the tilt of the head was one thing, but the mouth & the chin just suddenly explained themselves.....between the tilt of the head & the lower dental particial - there was Cooper looking right back at you. The hair was Marcelled in the 1966 prison photo as it was in other photos, but when groomed with product and no humidity - the curls relaxed.

Twisty butt is NOT calling her a slut - I have never called her a slut as I have never met her. Twisty Butt is how I refer to a lot of other young women. She appeared in the pictures & newspapers to FLAUNT herself. Her make-up was too heavy and her demeanor in the news accountings was seductive. I for one have never indicated she had any kind of relationship with the FBI. Perhaps that came from someone like BRUCE - as it seems to fit his flagrant descriptions of people. He takes everything and makes it sexual when it comes to women - such as he did with Tina. His OWN LUST is represented in his writings - therefore I expect Bruce could also be the sourch of any rumors regarding any indication of inappropriate behaviour. I don't know the girl and what I have seen and heard - I do not like. All I know is what has been written and stated on the internet - hence my reference to her as Twisty Butt. It was projected by those who wrote about her in the media and I mean all sources. The accountings given on the computer & those writing stories about her are all I know. Someone - either in this thread or on some other media source spoke about her connections & past. Whatever they were did NOT sound completely on the up & up when those close to her did NOT support her claims...per media sources. Think about how I am referred - is that any different? When has anyone ever referred to me as an intelligent and well bred woman whose only intentions in coming forward was to inform the FBI of what I had been told by my husband. Well, the FBI dismissed Duane and his confession and was discrediting me in a negative way. . The FBI did not do a background check on me & disclose that I was a woman with a very proper & creditable background who had NO motive other than to find out about the crime & why my husband confessed to it...nor was it ever explained why he even had knowledge of some of the things he told me. The FBI was the one to produce misnomers regarding Jo Weber...I was labeled a liar and someone seeking attention - rather than my REAL purpose and WHAT my background revealed. The only FBI I met was the locals who did not even know who Cooper was when they were coming to see me. The first agent admitted he had to read up on who Cooper was. The LOCAL office didn't seem to want any information from me other than the first guy who came to see me & subsequently return the items he took to make copies of. The 2 agents who picked up the DNA stuff were nice, but the guy who returned it many yrs later - was young and uninformed. The second agent to handle the case with me in WA - GOT caught by me with his faulty information. Information thru which they dismissed Weber in 1998. Then there was the OPINIONATED Ckret who - NEVER actually investigated the things I sent him. THE ONE I BEGGED for the Jefferson file - WELL, it is obvious why he never made arrangements for me to receive it and the pictures...MY pleas for the file are documented in the DZ when Ckret was posting here. Since Bruce did NOT seem to get the presense in the other thread he expected, seems like all he wants to do is keep this thread from having a conversation with his futile riddles and puzzles. Georger and Blevins just keep on doing the same OLE thing. I tried to introduce a different line of interest - but it has been futile. Lots of misspelled words last night - so I guess I should have stayed away from the thread. Tonight just having my say during a lull in the storm. Lots of Lightning and rain. With this much water I am facing some expenses - dirt, men with shovels and wheel barrows. During the lull I stepped out back but did NOT venture to the side of the house...but I think I have a BAD wash out. I have NO idea where I came up with that name. Ken Neustel. It was among all of the other memories of things I have read and things Duane talked about and my own converation swith people of interest. Maybe the Bird man - but I knew the name for other sources - such as Duane himself. Duane was careful not to say names, but he did tell me a couple. Things connected to his knowledge of the area and the places. That name came up the first time in 1979 on our trip to WA. Around the time he told me about the Bubbleator man and about a trip to a place just over the WA state line/ Rocks and cliffs and a stupid poem. I have been running the sound a likes round for many yrs....exploring the memories. You guys do a better job of the computer and thread search - you find it. Right NOW I have go lie down for a while and if I feel like it when I wake up - I HAVE go to the store. Very tired - stay very tired - I want to connect it to the BIRD man and to Peterson..but I could NEVER find the man, but believe he deceased in 2004 if so that makes him teh Indian name. Go BACK to the beginning of time - 1998 and my trying to find sound alike names. One name was the person Duane named while we were on the Columbia. The other was a person he named in regards to having a feed store across from the Dollar Corner and another was a guy he was with near the WA/ID border line. Remember when he talked about jumping off rock at Beacon. They all run together. Richard Petersen put me in contact with one of 2 men he knew and I only found one of them. They were the two guys who claimed they thought Cooper was one of the guys they took up for a company out of the S.E. who had a little contest going and the loser or the winner had to jump out of a plane. The names go all over the place with the sound a-likes and I No longer look for the files. Ken Neustel? Really? And here I thought Ludwig Van Beethoven was the greatest spy in human history. To be fair, role models would help. Mark Maybe it was Newsom, Knutsen or a sound alike. I just do NOT feel like pulling things to find them. The man died in 2004....if that helps. I quit trying to get things RIGHT because it doesn mean a damn thing anymore. Another Storm on the Way! Bet we get hit by a big hurricane this yr in the GULF - it will be the most destructive to ever hit the Gulf. I just feel it - the way the spring was so late coming. Springs off and on appearance was the strangest I have EVER experience in the Gulf of Mexico. Last yr the summer was long and hot and then fall was late to come with a mild winter.... This yr with spring being an on again off again visitor...off setting a very mild winter with only one Real LONG severe Blast of of cold that has cause the loss of Vegetation and trees in this area I have NEVER seen before. Then the weeds - the weirdest I have ever seen - lawns have suffered severely and the Grubs have destroyed one yard after another. I have never seen the destruction of the vegetation like we have experience the last few months. OCT will the month for the most destructive storm ever to hit the GULF - the Gulf will still be too warm in the fall - and any Storm that enters the Gulf will just be sucked right up threw our area...They will not veer to the West or to the East - They will come straight into the Bays and there are some bridges in this area that will NOT be able to substane this hit. Bridges that should have been addressed when the BIG one hit yrs ago. The counties did NOTHING now we are NOT prepared and parts of the Panhandle will be cut off for months. In 1926 ONE big one came in at a glancing blow to Pensacola and it was destructive. Erin 1995, Opal 1995, Georges 1998, Ivan 2004 and Dennis 2005 - these are the most recent storm to take a strong hit on the Pensacola area. Anyone want to buy a house 1-1/2 miles from the beach. but only 1/2 mile from a Bay on the North and one on the South. Basically this area is just a big old island attached to another barrier Island - all surrounded by Bays and rivers and the Gulf. The big one just might pull some old ferries out of storage if they haven't all been sunk into the Gulf to use as reefs. I did ask & I don't remember what he said - something that caused me to visualize Dumpster diving. I know that is crazy to some that I gave a conversation a visualization. BUT it is what I did. I substituted the visualization of what I understood...but do NOT remember the verbage. Rewind back to New Orleans - 1969: What the hell did Weber have to go to WA to give a deposition for 1969 or 1970? I figured it had to do with his association with some of the things surrounding infomation out of N.Orleans regarding Kennedy....why & who did he go see & what was the deposition for? The FBI never explained why they were looking for Duane L. Weber in 1969/1970 who had just served his time as John Collins. Such limitations support theories rather than complete the circle leave a C - ya later! The FBI refusing information only fuels speculation on my part & the part of others. The date 1969 recreates all kinds of theories and suppositions. The Brother-in-law alerted them to the fact the FBI looking for them. Duane and his wife loaded 2 cars with 4 kids & their belongings and head to N.Orleans in 1969. Had to leave one of the cars along the highway before they got to New Orleans....seems like this car may have had something to do with why the FBI was looking for them. Duane pointed to a part of a hwy along that Route on one of our trips telling me - "I knew someone who left a (blank) car there with a Continental Kid on the back." He evidently said the make of the car. They stayed 2 wks with a man the step-daughter never forgot. Weird Eyebrows and a wig. (I have his info just too tired to dig for it). After a couple of wks they had their own place. (This guy was implicated in the Kennedy / Oswald thing) and end up DEAD. They stayed in N.Orleans for a few months, then somehow Weber got an Alabama Insurance license & they went to work in Mobile, Al. Doing the very same thing he was doing in KS when he was arrested (YEA. THE FBI HAD NO IDEA JO WEBER KNEW ALL OF THIS)....THE FBI wanted JO WEBER to go poof...Now I am telling it again just because it is important. THE FBI nor the FEDERAL govenment has time for old crimes. They can't keep up. Things are out of control. The past & current dirty politics & cover-ups our govenment has participated in...behind closed doors....needs to change. We are a country divided and quickly becoming fragmented. Soon no one will be able to pick up the pieces & put them back together. Now I put off reading the newpaper every morning rather than looking forward to it.
