Jo is not trying to retain control of anything. I haven't had a writer who could reseach and compile a list. Doug Pasternac was a writer for a magazine and he had a limited amount of time he could devote to the story. The FBI never looked at Duane's tax reports - and if they did there is more there than there ever was on Blevins. The FBI never gave me access to the missing yrs - as John Collins. Without the co-operation of the FBI I could not even draw widows benefits on those 6 yrs of his life, not that they would have amount to very much. I would love for someone to take the time to do what Blevins did with Christiansen, but I am NOT a writer nor an organized investigator. All I have done is try to tell Duane's story the best way I could and that is in this thread - the details are all in the files as faded as the are. Attention 377: That teaser was NO teaser and I am still waiting for the results. I expect all of the work to prepare my "package" was for nothing. At least I gave it all I had...and that is all I can do. I hope to be able to present a similar package on video or slides to the public and then I am done. If no one will do this project for me then I will hire it done and have copies made to be mailed out. This is my last project and it is not cheap - a video or slide with a narrative will have to be done for me as I have NO knowledge of these things...I will NOT appear in the slide or video. This is something that has not been done with any suspect...and much of this comes from things Pasternac and many others I cannot name at this time helped me put together. It is at the point I need someone with the expertise to do it and not just an old woman trying to use what she has available to her...this needs a professional....it is what I will leave behind so that someday someone might know I tried...I gave it all I had...and hope that someday someone will view this and say - "He really was Cooper. Damn why didn't we see that" Most important it will be there and it will out live me and maybe someday others will finally know the truth as I know it.... I hope so! Mr Blevins and I have different suspects and for several months he and I have conversed in a civil manner in this thread without making outlandlish accusation. We will continue to do this - because neither one of us can PROVE our suspect is Cooper, but we each present our cases and are civil to each other. Galen Cook and I have talked many time about his suspect, but we don't attack each other - we learn from each other and we help each other just as Blevin and I have done publicly for several months now. I was one of the first to tell Blevins he HAD to get his facts straight - and that NO story about Cooper should be told without doing this. As the thread suggested and at great deal of expense and time he has tried diligently to make the corrections without changing the effectiveness of his story or direction of his story. If Jerry Thomas had shown the same respect Blevin and Cook and Geoffry and myself have show to each other he would not be the ODD man out right now. Although another writer DS has done a book on Coffelt, he stays quiet about this...if it comes to fruition it will unfortunately enforce Weber as a suspect due the the uncanny past of the two men....which is is exposed in his book...which was written YRS ago, but he shelved it because he was threatened with this phrase which in part says "a matter of national security". Note. I am the only one who doesn't have a DOG in this race. I have a suspect and a confession and a lot more coincidential circumstances and background than any of the others, but I am not writing a book unless someone is doing it for me....yet, I take the most heat from the nay sayers! I have also been the most agressive in demanding the writers get the FACTS straight as much as possible. I am obsessed with NOT allowing FICTION to become Fact, because that will only obscure any possibilities this crime will ever be solved. Jerry is encapable of separatiing Fact from Fiction and is responsible for hendering the investigation on many levels, yet he accuses me of this. His involvement in creating fiction is evident even in this thread and other places he has posted - to include some of the articles done on Jerry. This is a question I have asked over and over of the FBI and never got an answer. Duane was also left handed and of course I asked every agent the case has been assigned to for an answer to that question - but in 15 yrs I never got an answer - not one little peep until the TIE evidence was studied and that was the only thing that indicated Cooper was left handed if the tie even belonged to Cooper. Surely this would be in the witness testimonies - if not - someone dropped that ball big time....as I have said in 15 yrs I got absolutely NO reply to this enquiry. Why in the world would I make public the named of people to talked to in a public forum. Sorry I do keep those kinds of thing private. I may not remember the one or two time contacts, but I do have everyone of them written down. In fact I tried to make contact with one just yesterday - but the number was 11 yrs old and no longer belonged to that person. I had found it in my 2000 file and thought I would revisit this because of some questions that were raised during my trip in Oct of 2010.. This person lived in that locality and I did NOT manage to get down to that part of OR. But the wrong number turned out REAL good - OR and WA have the nicest people I have ever met or talked to. They offer to help when you ask for infomation about the late 40's and the history of their area and /or they know someone who might be able to help. Worked 3 jobs at pme time. That is not a difficult life by the standards of others, but more difficult than some. The McCoy Connection: This one eludes me Georger because it was so insignificant. We had just moved and Duane was showing me how to get around the area and where the shopping was and I was marking these on a map for my future reference until I learned the area. We had transferred to VA from Atlanta, GA with our company and Duane went on ahead of me to secure living quarters and lay the ground work for the area. 1983 (approx) The location of the McCoy incident was VERY close to the Mall and he did NOT make a big deal out of it. It was no different than his pointing out other places of interest to me - such the location of the bases and other points of interest.. This area was a community of several small towns that had merged into what on the map looks like one large city.

Jerry and EVERYONE HERE: JT knows the communication lines went down when I returned from Wa in 2001. Yes, he was hard to reach and it was ON my nickel, but I did without things just to make the communication if I was able to reach him. I had been told he was the "man" on the ground and would know the area. The only reason the communications STOP are because I DISCOVERED Jerry had LIED to me while I was in Wa in 2001. There was NO other reason. Yes, I feared his coming to this thread because in the past he made no viable contributions and his focus was only to ATTACK me and to discredit me by any means he could. (Why would anyone steal a boat to row across a lake? This is laughable if you guy could see the size of this lake he is referring to. Yet, he continues to reference the Lake and NOT the Columbia). By the way Duane made 2 references to the Marina on that trip. When he showed me from Lake LaCames the farm land and forests on the South side of the lake. He described how it was all the way to the Marina on the Columbia. He described also a forestry building (which I now know to be a feeding station) located on the Southside of the Lake (again something Jerry had denied). He told me about a tower in that general direction before you got to the river. The other time Duane mentioned the Marina was when we left the area several days later. We had crossed the Vanouver bridge (the 1st time I had been on that bridge until 2001) into Portland and I thought we were going home as we drove along the Columbia River toward the EAST. He pointed out the tressel across the river in the Washougal area and told me about the Marina that we could not see because of the tressel. This was AFTER we passed the Troutdale airport and and the industrial park. This is when he told the boat story just before he announce he had a surprise (we were going to Tahoe) and we turned around back toward Portland and then went So on our way to Tahoe. This was the only time I was on the Portland side if the River (on the return trip in 1979) and I repeatedly told Jerry this and he even called me a liar on the phone - it was sensiless for me to continue to take his abuse on the phone - just as it is here in the thread. We were on the Southside of the River on our way to Seattle. but we crossed at the Bridge of the Gods over to the WA side and went down Hwy 14. This is around the Hood area. I had remembered the Dams and thought we crossed there - until I made the 2011 trip in Oct...but I found the exact spots he and I parked and got out of the car. My mind concept of time and distance made the things I remembered seem very close together. That trip - was the most valuable 5K I ever spent in my life. You Will Never Know If You Don't Know Now. Lying to the FBI is a felony. I don't think the FBI thinks Jo lied to them, just that her conclusions about Duane being DBC were incorrect. I'll be amazed if you get the FBI to administer a polygraph exam to Jo. 377 It does NOT make any difference what anyone says to him. This is why I stopped communicating with him in 2001 - he is crazy and it is his way or NO way. If you prove to him the rock is gray he will tell you it is red. We ALL know he has NO say in what the FBI can say or do. WE know the FBI is NOT going to authorized a test on me or any other witness who comes forward regarding Cooper. We know a polygraph will prove nothing. We know I could not be prosecuted for any crime even if I failed every question they asked me. We know I have not kept anyone form coming forward - infact the suspect calls increased since I went public in 2000 not the other way around. All he has done is make a spectacle of himself. If I could be procecuted for coming forward on a suspect - NO one would ever come forward on any suspect ever again...that is NOT logical. Jerry doesn't understand logic. If the FBI really wanted me to go away - they could do that real easy - open Duane's lifes file and show me and everyone else what they have on Weber with NO blank spaces. This means they have to fill in the yrs, because if they haven't been able to do that - then they haven't been able to prove he wasn't Cooper. To me one of the most important aspects was the actual prints made each time he was arrested...no more using 1944 prints - show me prints made in 1960, 1966, 1976 and 1979 and 1990. SHOW ME...Prints made at other times - not in 1944. The FBI has a reason they used the 1944 prints and why they have stalled - now all prints of Duane Weber upon more recent encarcerations have now been destroyed...Explain how and why he was encarcerated and commuted as John Collins if the prints matched Duane L. VA when the Norjax book came out - he bought the only book I ever knew him to buy - it would not be until I received Himmelsbachs book in 1996 that I realized the book Duane bought was about Cooper. 5. FA 1995 When he told me I'm Dan Cooper! The agent of record has to compile the questions - just some rookie who KNOWS nothing about Cooper would NOT have the intelligence to do this. I came back tonight to make HALF-ass apology but only HALF-ass because the other part of this is Jerry... This is in regards to a writer. In my searching thru my logs I did find a contact with a writer - 3 contacts and it was a woman in the fall of 2000. Now remember Jerry has claimed that I made up all of this stuff just for a book or for some other sick reason....and he was claiming this was from day one when I contacted Himmelsbach. 1. Duane Died in 1995 and it was in 1996 when I found out who Dan Cooper was. 2. This does NOT mean that I didn't know who D.B.Cooper was. I just never made the connection until I read Gunther's book and D.B. Cooper just was NOT something that interested me. 3. The new article regarding the money find was in the paper in 1980 and had it not been for the trip just 5 months before - I probably would not have paid this find much attention. 4. I did NOT go public until the summer of 2000 - after I had given the FBI ample time to investigate what I told them - and my being told Duane was not in the Army nor was he in McNeil - when I am holding the documents in my hands as I am talking to the agent. 5. When I went public (2000) it was a whirlwind and I am still working and trying to sell real estate. 6. I have a really bad auto accident right after the article appears in the paper (2000). 7. It was during the time I am recovering from my accident that I have some idle time on my hands. This is when I went to the computer. I did three things on the computer at that time. a. I met my future husband b. I reseached Cooper. c. I did talk to a bookwriter. 8. So I admit I talked to a writer, but it was purely coincidental because of an enquiry on a site when I was trying to put everything about Duane on paper myself (as I had been instructed to do). This is also why I went to 101 - as it is a writers forum. 9. At any rate 3 emails transpired because of the enquiry, but since I was NOT ready nor did I feel I had enough information I put her off. My enquiry to her was misunderstood and I didn't want to be rude. I filed the contact with the woman writer and forgot it. 10. The media was still on me hard and heavy and I had an FBI agent halt a contract (on a piece of real estate) because of who I was. 11. From late 1996 until May of 2001 I was talking to Jerry, but he just wouldn't or couldn't understand the area I was talking about. 12. When I went to WA in May of 2001 and discovered his deliberate twisting of facts to the TV program - I let Jerry KNOW what I thought of him. I ceased all communications with Jerry Thomas. He had sabotoged the trip for his own ego or whatever other reason he might have had. Jerry's accusations on this thread and to others had been that I made all of the story up for a book or movie - therefore ONE would deduce he meant from get go in 1996. I went thru 5 yrs of files to find what he made sound like happened on DAY ONE when I contacted the FBI. It was 5 Fricking Yrs before I talked to the writer....therefore there was NO PLAN for a book and it was a common thing that happens with someone comes forward with a story the nature of this one. Jerry's inablility to make himself understood or to comprehend has put me thru HELL...his deliberate lies about the locations was one of the main reasons the FBI stopped investigating Weber. Remember they didn't even ask for the DNA until 2003. When I make a mistake - I admit when I am wrong, but Jerry went over board with his accusations and made it sound like I was some kind of media Whore. Considering what happened in a short period of time - it was reasonable that I forgot 3 contacts with a woman I had NO real interst in working with. Although this sounds like a flimsy excuse - I was on a tremendous amount of drugs during that period of time - I had 12 broken bones and other damage I still live with everyday. I was going thru old files when I found the passenger list and noted the name Nancy House and it is a curiosity - What if her husbands name was Gordon or a boy friend. It was dated 8-30-1970. It was just a curiosity and Nan is a common nickname for Nancy. No need for all the rest to come in with the name calling so I am not even going to post the reason I came back tonight. One of the passengers was Nancy House - her husband's name? Please if any one know or can find out? Attention: Sluggo - your help is needed. I always felt I held something that was on that plane and in going over old records I found an old passenger list and I have a newer one - and I have asked about this before: Nancy House, Did she use the name NAN. Was her husband named GORDON. Does her family know what this medallion means? Gordon 18 X 3 = Infinity Nan Have I been sitting on proof that puts Weber on that plane for 15 yrs and not know it? Someone - anyone with the knowledge to find this out - please track it. I had mentioned the medallion on the little chain before and shown a picture of it, the FBI never wanted to see it. In 1996 I was NOT claiming Duane was Cooper for any reason other than what I had learned...and wanting to know if it was true - for the very reasons Vicki needs to know - to have some answers about the past. And like Vicki - I did not push the envelope - from 1996 until 2000 I stayed quiet WAITING for the FBI to show me something that proved Duane was not Cooper....until I caught the FBI in a serious error - which occurred during a phone call in Mar. of 2000. Now on May 12 2000 - I receive an answer to the WA State Patrol Dept of Identification and Chrimina History resulting from MY OWN enquiry and not that of the FBI. They CAN find NO criminal history on Duane L. Weber and refer me to other departments that might be able to assist me??????? A woman in Washougal contacts me -and she thinks she know the area I am talking about (SEE JERRY everyone who contacted me never mentions I-5). That is because they had the comprehension skills you evidently did not possess or I was NOT making myself understood to you in our conversations. She tells me about an old cell tower in the area and she talks about an old house owned by a school teacher that had been vacant for yrs before it burned down. May 5 2000 I am talking to a governmentmetn employee in WA. (another one). I am discussing Camp Bonneville (remember my telling you about this all in the same time I am talking about the Mt and the Washougal and the cemeteries? I am thinking there was a Scout Camp in the Washougal are, but never find this. I get a reply and it regards the Larch Mountain Honor Camp and the fact they did ROAD WORK. So please excuse me - why is that my conversations with you are completely different than my conversations with other. You know and I know that until I acquired a computer in 2000 I was at YOUR mercy.. by March I am getting feed back that is reason to question you. I had been in a terrible auto accident - 12 broken bones and facial cuts and hip and knee injuries I still suffer with and a concussion I was also on heavy drug for several months).
