I'm not sure what a pro mouth switch is but I use a tounge switch and shoot in auto focus with great results, I rarley ever get an out of focus shot. -

Maybe you should get better trained camera flyers. I have seen alot of handcam videos and have yet to see any that are even close to the quality of good outside video! I agree with others that adding a camera to the hand of a TM is just asking for trouble but I also acknowledge that it is being done hundreds of times a week without incident. _________________________________________ .......I hereby reject your reality and instead choose to insert my own!

With the way hyperboulic cooling towers work and there limited height (around 365ft) I would think that the turbulance around it would make for a very bad canopy ride!

That was just the cooling tower.....the reactor is probley still there in a safe store mode. I work at a coal fired plant and we have 2 of those towers.

I don't think I can add much as all of the above apply. I made 0 jumps but managed to make the party Saturday night.........after a very enjoyable 3 1/2 hour drive. Hell just being there sat. night made the drive worth while.

No I got rid of the front still mount on my FTP and mount it up top next to my 109.

I have the Sigma 20 which I use for sunset loads or cloudy days............at F-1.8 it's a great buy....I don't know what they are going for now but I got mine 1 year ago for around $325 at Ritz. For tandems I usually use the kit 18-55 lens, it takes grat shots and you can't beat the weight.

I made one to go on all of my tandem and AFF video's. They go on both DVD and VHS, but I edit on my PC so its as easy as opening the project. Mine is about 1:20 long.

I don't know about this inhaled insulin, I was diagnosed with type 1 when I was 24.....just got out of the military and it just kinda hit me. I have been on an insulin pump for 3 years now and I don't think that the inhaler will do better than that. i work rotating 12 hour shifts and have 3 young boys so I don't eat any kind of controlled diet but with the pump I keep my A1C's between 6-8 so all in all I'm happy. When I am at the DZ on busy days I make 4-8 video jumps without eating or checking my glucose. As much as Diabetes sucks.....i think Im making the best of it.

Alright.......Dells......HP's........Compac's.........I really have no intention on getting a mass produced name brand computer. As far as a service contract I think that I can fix it if it breaks. The origional point to the thread was to get a recommendation on what brand of MB to use and to those of you who offered up advise, thank you.

I have been using my homebuilt PC for a few years now to edit...and I did not build it for that purpose...average edit time is 15-30 minutes on a tandem video...........BUT average render time is an additional 20 minutes per DVD (using an AMD 1800, 512 RAM) which is why I am wanting to build a new PC.....and I want to switch to Premiere (sp) as I have been using Pinnacle Studio up until now.

Yea I guess I should have better phrased the origional question.......I am more looking for recomendations of manufactures. I have built a couple of systems now and have had great luck with MSI MB's but was considering something different this time and yes it will be a 939 socket and I do already have most of the parts I need.
