    Read an interesting article on this today. It has still not been determined whether the vote will be solely to determine if the Gov. should be recalled or a combination recall/election. It will have to be decided by the courts. It is possible that it will be a recall only vote where the outcome would be that the Lt. Gov. takes over with out further voting. I still can't believe Cali re-elected that guy.

    Good. It only takes a minute to put on and you won't be able to tell its there. Your legstraps will just magically stay in place. Again, looking great!

    Looking good!!!!!! May I recommend having your rigger put a short piece of shock cord on your legstraps to hold them in place? It was the best 38 cents I ever spent.

    I was hoping that he was just conserving as much energy as possible up until this point, but a loss to Ulrich in the time trial shows a lot of vulnerability. Ulrich is very strong in the mountains. Lance has a serious race on his hands. Jan certainly has the advantage psychologically.

    I had to fill out a special disclosure form and my premiums tripled. I think you are best off if you can get it through your work. They usually don't ask that type of question.
