PSA: Filing an extension only delays the deadline for filing your return, not paying your taxes. If you owe and file an extension with no payment, you will owe a penalty as well. Happy April 15th.

Yes.

HELLLLLOOOOOOOO!! Man, you'd think that after pulling cactus needles out of my foot we'd be bonded for life. Since I lived in So Cal and am currently in CO, I will not only have a lot of opinions but I think they will even be relevant. Give me a call.

After getting out of the military, I stumbled around college for a few years. No real direction. My then horrible job made all the employees take personality and work habit tests (I'm pretty sure you can find the exact same ones on the net). I thought it was all a bunch of bologna. Strangely, they all said lawyer or accountant. My reaction was - the world does not need any more lawyers. So, I took a few accounting classes and liked them. NU '00. Best bunch of bologna test I ever took. It changed my life. Good luck.

I know of one guy that went on an Alaskan cruise and ended up moving there.

Seriously though, congrats on doing it the right way.
-
NICE!!!! You should still hold a grudge and deliver the whoop ass in the future.
-
What was the opinion of the prof.? Did they also happen to mention what Martha did for a living before she bacame a celebrity?

I'm really liking the McCallan Cask Strength over ice. Oh yeah - TGIF
-
Is scotch included in that operation as well? I guess you can tell what my weak points in negotiation are.
-
Glad to hear you're keeping your future in mind. Personally, I'm liking the operation beat down idea with the breakfast briefing full of scotch. It costs almost nothing to go to small claims court and you would certainly have a case. What you may not have is time. In that case, hold a grudge. Its really quite easy. Plus - being on the receiving end of the whoop ass hurts a lot more the older you get.
-
I'd go for the life affirming angle. Could score you some points. OTOH - you're busted on good weather days.
-
That would be my garbage. Is the one pound can of caffeinated country whoop ass called for - hell yes. All I'm saying is think about all there is to lose before administering said whoop ass. If it were me, I believe I would wait for a more appropriate occasion to deliver the whoop ass. But rest assured that it would get there.
-
Did you not just get selected for the Knights? Are you seriously soliciting someone to assist you in administering an ass kicking in a public forum? Dude, you seriously need to check yourself. Sometimes its just not worth it. Be happy he only got you for a hundo. Move on.

I believe there is a statistical link between serial killers and severe animal abuse. I read once that most people who go on to become serial killers season their palates on animals before moving onto humans. This type of behavior should be, and I believe is, taken very seriously.

That's pretty much what the book said, just with a different slant. He was actually a neighbor and childhood friend of Joseph Smith. It seems that he wasn't very different than any other frontiersman with the exception of the Boggs shooting. In the book, the great furor wasn't over the fact that Boggs was a governor but the fact that his children were in the room with him when it happened. Interesting that it was never proven - kind of like the OJ of his time.

It was not my intention to say that Porter Rockwell was a bad apple or that he somehow has any bearing on anyone currently following the faith. He was actually portrayed in the book as a great and loyal friend to Joseph Smith and sort of a product of the times (settling the west). I was simply curious as to what is taught in terms of history and the men who founded the religion. Nothing more. I find it much easier to relate to the LDS history because it is more recent and plausible to me than other religions with origins in ancient times.

Thanks again for the good info. This is the only part of all the pro/anti gun stuff I care about. I had a friend in high school who got stabbed in the ass - with a pencil. I don't recall anyone rushing to sue Ticonderoga.
-
That's what I thought. I'll leave the rest of the banter for the usual suspects.
-
Still a little confused - could Bush veto this as if it were regular legislation, or is it somehow expempt from veto because it was already passed? Thanks for the civics lesson.
-
Easy there big guy. Just curious, not condescending. I know people in general tend to get real defensive real quick when it comes to certain things, so lets just let the sleeping dog lie.
-
Am I completely misunderstanding this? It seems as if this is current legislation that was set to expire and has just been extended. Which means - nothing new?

Happy B-Day Jett! Best wishes to you and Mathias!
