    Maybe it's because of the crazy hours I work, and that I know there's always the chance of getting called into work before I get a chance to sleep. But lately it seems like I overvalue sleep. I haven't been to the gym in a few months because I'd rather take a nap. I know going to the gym regularly would help me overcome this issue but it's the whole initial getting into the groove of going to the gym that's an issue.

    Guess now wouldn't be a good time to bring up my SCR video again. Just kidding. In all seriousness glad you're alright. Could've been much worse. Take it easy and heal up right. It really sucks to push a recovery and then it gets even worse because you didn't take care of it.

    I plead the 5th. Well since it seems I don't have a chance on that case I want to sue Hippie for taking so long to get me the video of my SCR jump. I'm suffering emotional distress from wanting to see that video so badly.
