Most (if not all) of the potential harm has already been stated. So if murder becomes legal you won't question your government until you are at the polls ... I don't know what you find offensive because you won't state what you find offensive if it differs from what your government finds offensive. Are you serious? Fighting the drug production, distribution, and use attacks human rights. From a purist libertarian view, that may be. But I don't think you'll agree with that point of view given the rival cartels that are killing scores of innocent people just over the Mexican border. Or, the dozens of kidnappings in Laredo, TX by the same cartels. Fighting the production and distribution of drugs preserves the rights of others that would be the victims of the trade.
