You do realize that Optimus Prime is a gun and a car! "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

One that only wants to do just one thing ... Just remember to have fun (by choosing those disciplines you enjoy) and be safe (by knowing and understanding the risks associated with the disciplines you choose). Edit: To clarify that you can choose more than one discipline. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

10 Completely Insane Activities Probably Not Covered By Insurance

They're one hell of a lot more prone to it than non BASE jumpers! Okay, maybe "prone" is a bad word choice, but it's certainly an additional danger that BASE jumpers face which is not a problem with traditional skydiving. In that respect, it's a true statement. Except the author did use the word prone and didn't compare it to skydiving. In that respect, it's a false statement (the whole article is littered with false statements). "That looks dangerous." I think the author should do some more research and ... STFU! Other than the word "thankfully", which implies a judgement call against the activity, what else is wrong with that BASE synopsis? B.A.S.E. jumpers aren't prone (having a tendency or inclination : being likely) to winds blowing them back into the structure from which they jumped. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch -

You've already stated that you don't believe there is anything wrong with cheating so what is stopping you ... "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Blowing out of proportion? Those scarfs are like guns, when someone has one they're driven to commit violent acts ... "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Put on that scarf, drink a Dunkin Donuts coffee, and the next thing you know you'll be blowing up a Starbucks or Dunn Brothers ... "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Those people are kept out of politics by other politicians, interest groups, etc... "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Or dumb enough ... all a matter of perspective. Well, if I had to choose between you and the founding fathers for wisdom, I think they have it locked up. As always, you disguise a personal attack and fail to comment on the topic ... "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

We aren't talking about opening an operation in another country though ... why should it be as difficult to open an operation in America as opening an operation in Mexico for an American citizen? So you agree that the ability to communicate depends on speaking the same language. Do you have the details of the study? Do you have more studies that concluded the same thing? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

They do have to have a translator standing by on the phone to describe the form. Still a loss ... They do have to prosecute the guy for whatever he did do because of a communication issue. Still a loss ... "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Insular, adapt easily to change, competitive on the world scene ... those are based more on culture, government, religion, etc... not language. Once again, those are based more on culture, government, religion, etc... not language. Really? This says more about you than about people who are monolingual. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch
-
See my corrected post. Either way, a single language should be chosen because multiple languages will hamper society. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

You've convinced me. We need an official language in the US. Considering Spanish is the most commonly spoken language in the world, in the name of maximum efficiency, we should select Spanish. ¡Viva la Español! I would prefer English (since the Declaration of Independence and Constitution are written in English). However, it would be better to choose the most common language in the world than the most convenient language. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

You don't believe it wastes any resources for the government to have to print material, hire employees, etc... in multiple languages verse a single language? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

They are American restaurants that serve German, Italian, Mexican, French, Chinese, etc.. food. I think you are missing the point. A multilingual society is a step backwards ... it causes communication issues and wastes resources. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Is the bakery located in Cuba? No. Then it isn't a Cuban bakery. As far as I'm concerned, a multilingual society is a step backwards ... it causes communication issues and wastes resources. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch
