You implied that because we pay for some public services that we should pay for everything and everything should be a public service. Why don't you answer my question?     I choose to be as smart as I want because then I would be smart enough to create a pill (w/ no negative side effects) that made sleep no longer necessary, made eating no longer necessary, made me look just the way I want, and this would make me rich and famous which would allow me to be as charismatic, compassionate, and generous as I want.     I used to believe this ... not anymore. One man can influence something as complex as a national economy and when that national economy is the leading (or one of the leading) national economy in a global economy that one man can influence something as complex as a global economy. One man can influence a national economy through taxes, tariffs, military spending, medical spending, etc... "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

    No, it is not stealing. How I've handled this situation before ... I tell the stocking manager that if they want to change the tag on the shelf right now I will be fine with that but I may not purchase the item (at the correct price). However, if they don't want to change the tag on the shelf right now I will be fine with that and I will purchase the item (at the incorrect price). Everybody makes mistakes, I would rather allow people to fix their mistakes than take advantage of their mistakes. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch
