I'm a geek, but I'm also somewhat pragmatic. What problem does it solve? It seems to me the biggest pain in the ass is the physical act of pulling out the pen and writing the shit down. So, a requirement would be integration to Jump-Track. Jump for a weekend, go home, dump your pro-track into your database. If you don't have automated entry, ther'es just no point. I get 60 KB/sec from my servers when I download over my crappy earthlink DSL line. The new home should be even better. Shortly it'll be moving to yet another new home, but that's my problem, not yours. My employer is moving all our servers to a new, better datacenter. I've had generally poor luck with the national apartment websites like rent.net and apartments.com. I've had very good luck with some of the local ones - like http://www.apartmentpeople.com - except they're specific to chicago. One scene I will never forget is seeing a pair of skychickies putting on makup before jumping. BEFORE JUMPING? The sun was out, It was 80 degrees. We were gonna smell like a locker-room before then end of the day, and they were putting on makeup? I didn't get it. In fact I was dumbstruck. One should always be presentable, of course, but to primp up before a day of jumping? I saw Skinnard play in Memphis last May. He woudn't play free bird... We were in the back yelling "Free Bird" at the end of every encore. At first we were annoying our neighbors, but eventually they realised that us yelling "Free Bird" resulted in Skinnard playing yet another NON FREE BIRD song. This was a good thing because Skinnard was awesome. So, they started to join in. Eventually, they did play Free Bird and it was beautifull... The next night Bob Dylan was playing, we started it up again. Every time he left the stage we yelled "Free Bird", he came back, and played a decidedly non "Free Bird" tune. Boy that man is old, but wow. What a show. The Beale Street Music Festival - one of the best festivals I've ever been to. Why's that? Is there a definition to skydiving somewhere that says you MUST use a parachute? What FAR does it violate? What BSR? Presumably he would wear a sport rig with an in date reserve, to avoid any issues and provide an out. Ah... Don't do that! Go get a tent! Seriously.... Quincy set up spot checks just outside of WFFC last year, arresting skydivers for drinking AND speeding... It got ugly real quick. Agreed Lisa, and well said. I'm somewhat of a pacifist myself, but it's only because of the sacrifice so many soldier make that I feel that way. When 4 of my countries soldier died this week my heart broke.
