Yeah! I'm sure the northwestern mountain folk won't be tipped off by his Brit accent. If he just doesn't say things like "anti-clockwise" or call a hotdog a "sausage" he'll blend in unnoticed.

Good advise above. Stay at "The Village" (calling it Teton Village marks you as a tourist ) and expplore the Grand Tetons. make sure you set aside an afternoon to watch the sunset at the Oxbow (locals can guide you, it's headed north towards Yellowstone from Jackson Hole). Going in the spring will also give you the opportunity to raft the Snake River. The Snake can easially produce class 5 rapids during the melt and there are many guides to chose from in Jackson. All that said, if you would like to hire me as a guide to all that is North-West Wyoming, I'll clear my schedule. Just say the word "Always do right. Oh yea, picked up the cabbage last night. Growing up in Massachusetts, corned beef and cabbage on St. Patricks Day was always as traditional as turkey on Thanksgiving. Never tried it in a croc pot... Just do it. Fly into Jackson (so you can see the Tetons too), rent a Harley and ride through Yellowstone for a week. Sure, you can do it good in couple of days but you'll want to stop and enjoy some of the best scenery THIS country has to offer. "Always do right. No - actually not a bad bike for a new rider. Should have enough power when needed and is easy enough to handle. Sportys don't hold value too well so a good deal on them is easy to find. Also not bad as first bike is an older shadow or similar cruiser. Just don't let her get a sport bike for a 1st. "Always do right.
