Nope, I'm a one trick pony Glad your havin fun, biding time till the snow melts. I'M having a great time. I was just hoping other people would be doing fun new things that I could put on the list to try, too. Our instructors can usually come up with something, but I thought I'd see what's out there. Actually, though, if you factor in the additional price to the consumer for the pre-flight instruction, two minute first-timers can be lucrative. Bring on the tourists! (Not really--keep the tourists on the ski slopes. More tourists means that it's harder to book time when the whole world wants to fly, but I'm sure that our tunnel's owners would rather book an hour of first-timers than to sell a lot of flat-rate one hour blocks.) GOOD LUCK! I know the feeling and remember it well. You'll do great, but I know the last push to the wire is a tough one. I also know there's a lot to absorb, but don't short-change yourself on sleep. You will be celebrating before you know it!

The fritters were fabulous. The ginger discussion came up because there were big hunks of it... it was overpowering when you bite into one. The recipe called for grated ginger, which would've worked well I think. So next time we'll try it grated maybe. Somebody else told her to make ME cook last night. We ended up both cooking and I remembered why I eat fast food so much when single =p Chris Ginger is delicious. It needs to be in the recipe. (Grated could make an important difference, though.) Isn't it supposed to be an aphrodisiac, too? TPM Sister #102
