Wellcome to the metal team. I've broke my ankle (tibia and fibia) on a landing. I've got back to skydiving after 4 moths of winter. Yes, I've did physio therapy for some time but the biggest help was longboarding. I might be off by miles but didn't Rob Harris died due to a intentional cutaway? If I remember right, he had a 3rd canopy connected to the main canopy risers and by mistake he cutaway the main canopy (which was still in the container). Following this, the main began to be extracted by the inflated 3rd canopy in a fucked up fashion, tearing the container appart and rendering impossible for him to use the remaining reserve. I'm on the other side, outside looking in. The best things in my life comed from skydiving, not only the jumps but the entire vibe. The worst thing in my life comed from the wuffo life. What I hope to find is a chance to progress from what I am now (which is not much) to camera man and rigger while living (and making a living) on the dz. Man, I know I'm putting more gas on fire or salt on a wond but given those goals why in the world you want to downsize so fast (compared with the "accepted" progression)? I've put most of my jumps on a spectre. Pretty damn good canopy. It was easy to land it. Tons of flare (You can easy pop-up if you flare too fast). Packing wise is the best thing for a beginner. Eaaaasy to pack. It has less ribs (less volume) and it forgives a lot of packing errors. I've land it on rears. On my WL 0.9:1 it didn't stall on rear risers and this gave me a lot of confidence to play with rears on landings. Is it a good canopy for the 1st 100 jumps? Even if you end up loving a Sabre2 it accelerates the learning curve a lot. Lock, Dock and Two Smoking Barrelrolls!

So, the BB nest close to the food (hence the name Bed Bugs), Kitchen is almost never a place where you'll find them. They are attracted by CO2 emition and warm bodies (think a human sleeping - we exale CO2 and we are warm) and also they hate the sun light. They nest (lay eggs) near their pray hiding in small cracks of almost everything (bed frame, mattess, etc). Out of the 5 room we had them in only 1 room (spraying with product force them out and they were hiding in the screw holes of the bed frame) and the rig was in the basement far away from stable CO2 emitions and warm condition. Basement was clean (no BB exit as we spray it) so we decided to keep the rig in plastic bags and outside in the cold (outside) for some time. Don't use garbage bags as they are treated with a product. Hope this shades some light over the situation. I'm also looking for reserve repack if any of you riggers out there feel men enough to handle a rig that has the moral stains of co-existing nest to BB drop an email. Lol. I'm kidding. I never pack my reserve, I always Paper Pack it. LOL. I'm kidding again. Some of you will pack my reserve. Lock, Dock and Two Smoking Barrelrolls!
