Not necessarily. Some people are so allergic to stuff (eg certain fruits) that even eating from an unwashed plate upon whihc the fruit has been cut is enough to make them swell up like a beach ball. It's hard to condemn the person or McD for that matter without knowing more facts - did the customer ASK for a burger without cheese, or is this yet another "drying your dog in the microwave oven" kind of claim? On a side note: They serve the burgers ABOVE room temperature n the US? McDonals serves cheeseburgers... if you are that allergic to cheese, keep your ass away from a cheese burger resturant. I also have had great customer service from Aerodyne. People make mistakes and sometimes things fall through the cracks accidentally. I don't think this is representative of their customer service over all, and I am sure some one from Aerodyne will make things right. When I was having slow opening on my second hand Icon back a few years ago they sent me a brand new pilot chute, new dbag, and bridle all on their dime.
