    So I wake up this morning and I'm lying there staring at the ceiling trying to decide if I want to get out of bed.     I'm not that familiar with illustrator, but from what I understand you're trying to take an original image that’s cropped at 15x7 (which is a ratio of .466) and trying to make it fill an 11x17 sheet (which is a ratio of .647). If this is what you’re trying to do, you can set your crop tool in cs2 to 17x7.992 (which I calculated by multiplying the original image ratio of .466 times the longest leg of the sheet to fit (17").
