I am sure they know the reaction they would get if they put it to a vote, so I doubt they will....skydiving in the UK, equivalent to the Jamaican bob sleigh team!

I am so jealous, I was out in Elsinore from Scotland in September there for two weeks for the second time and it is amazing, it is as you say one of the friendliest dropzones I have come across....You will have an amazing time living there!

I completely agree with ChaosKitty and Dave, trust is extremely important in the skydiving world and it should map here too. We all have disagreements but extending beyond this forum is inexcusable.

I agree....currently at work, and today I found out my road tax ran out, and my car was due its MOT in November, what a day!

Put Scotland into that list, the weather would definetly be different for you, there is loads to see, castles etc.....oh and the pubs are great! .....and if you really want you can head down south to visit the other half, if you really want

Throughout my PhD I used to get books from them all the time, as they often stock stuff you just can't get in the shops.......good for getting presents from too!

Absolutely. Everyone should read Brian Germain's article on the front page at the moment. A friend of mine described it as the most important article he has ever come across in skydiving, I agree with him.

The best one I have heard so far was yesterday when the masseuse that comes to my work said her resolutions were to: 1) Only drink champagne.... 2) Go out more.... 3) Entertain more..... She made me smile!
