  1. Sounds like a challenge.....bring it, MagnumXL!!! We ain't afraid of no boyz!
  2. Yay Carl! My goal for 2007-surpass you in jump numbers. Julie has already surpassed you in sit-flying skill. You're gonna have to work hard to keep up with us!!! Can't wait to see you in the spring.
  3. I managed to do that last time I was in there. I must say, it was one of the better moments of my day. I doubt poor Brad would say the same!

    Snow in Denver

I think a few people trying to use US 40 today, might disagree. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070107/ap_on_re_us/colorado_avalanche Well, considering the fact that the ski resorts and US 40 are not in between DIA and Colorado Springs, I stand by my original post.

    Snow in Denver

It won't be a problem at all. It quit snowing yesterday afternoon, no new snow, roads are great.
  6. I have to make fun of my own post. It comes off as "I've been responsible for five whole people going to SVCO." Yep, Derek, guess I'll be gettin' some free tunnel time for all that business I've sent your way!!
  7. Thank God he's okay! I've been so worried about that! Thanks for risking your lives to test it out.
  8. I was just telling a friend this weekend that I want to get those! They rock! Of course, I'll have to replace my front license plate holder. (poke poke, you know who you are)
  9. I think you're right about the bottom line and first (and only) time flyers being the emphasis. I wonder how many referrals they get because of the skydivers and other frequent flyers? I know that there are a minimum of 5 people who have gone to our tunnel because I've told them about it, and they've seen my videos. Those people will then share with others, and so on. I'm just one person. I wonder if our referrals and endorsements make a difference in the tunnel's bottom line? Actually, more than 5 people. One bachelor party and one company party booked because of conversations with me about my tunnel flying. It's got to add up.

    G Spot

I recently watched an episode of Dr. 90210 where a woman went in and had injections in hers to make it easier for her to reach orgasm. They were call "g-shots".
  11. And UNlike the MANY tandems that are turned away for the same reason. It can be done. It is done all the time. It's ultimately the responsibility of the site's management, whether the customer throws a 'snit' or not.
  12. Oohhh, I see. And here I didn't think you had a sense of humor. I think you were being facetious. But that's just me.
  13. I think "tres facile" was the only thing I understood about that whole paragraph!
  14. A more important question would be WTF were the people who allowed her in thinking? If they run the place, it's THEIR responsibility to determine who is appropriate and who is not. And then refuse those that are not.
  15. Why did you resolve to quit posting in Bonfire?
  16. Here in Colorado there's a referral website I go to for nearly everything. It hasn't steered me wrong yet. The guy's name is Tom Martino, and he is nationally syndicated, but I'm not sure if he has any mechanics where you are on his provider list. He's a "consumer watchdog" and actually helped one of my friends who was pregnant and being taken complete advantage of by one mechanic. I'd see if you have someone like that in your area. Good luck with it!! Automotive stuff SUCKS!!
  17. Not nearly as slutty as you'd be if you were a woman admitting to sleeping with 35 men.
  18. Maybe the question should be, what does the management of the tunnel look for in a customer? I'd like to think that aside from luring in new customers, there's some consideration to keeping the loyal customers that have spent time and LOTS of money coming back again and again. Customer service is important. Great coaches are important. But management conveying the message that the current RETURNING customer base is of the lowest priority can really dull the impulse to continue spending money there. Things that make you go "Hmmmmmm..........."
  19. Well, obviously, location is important. But staff is a HUGE part of coming back on a regular basis.
  20. 22 minutes into the New Year and I've already pissed my husband off. I'm on course to set some new records.
  21. Yay for you and your wife!!! That's awesome. Congratulations, and post some pics when you can, ok?
  22. Happy Happy B-Day, and many many more!
