When we arrived last week, we were accused of bringing the bad weather with us. Well, we all left yesterday, so this is not our fault!!!! But it does make returning to three inches of snow a little more tolerable knowing I'm not missing out on a balmy warm day of jumping.

I'm not usually cold, but, in the tunnel this weekend, I was wearing 2 layers of fleeced lycra tops, a T shirt, fleeced leggings, and wind stopper gloves. The 1st session in the AM were still cold. How about for skydiving during the day?

Wow everybody! Thank you so, so much for all the awesome suggestions! I'm printing out the list and if my husband doesn't have a fantastic time, it won't be for lack of things to do. You guys rock. By the way, awesome tip about the movie theater. Good to know for rainy days, as someone mentioned.

That's what's cool about her. She's not worried about what anyone else thinks, right or not. I always admire women who are not afraid to show their imperfect bodies. Do I think it's a flattering style on her? No. But I still say good on her for wearing whatever the hell she wants.

Careful! Don't jinx me. I've walked away from some very hard landings in my very brief skydiving career. I've found mud puddles to land in, farmers irrigation ditches, those bush/tree things that are out there, and lots of desert. Maybe I should just have him bring a pair of binoculars and come pick me up from my out landings. So seriously, then, do you think I need to wear UnderArmour? Shorts vs longer pants? Guess I can bring a variety. I'll probably need the UnderArmour for the tunnel at night.

ooh, he might like the car show. We're coming this week. Part of my problem is that he's not into a whole lot. Sports mainly. (Except the sport of skydiving....yet!). I think he'd be willing to hit a car show. As for hiking, all by himself, probably not. But keep the suggestions coming. I'll print them out for him and see what sounds good to him.

Hey, I'm looking for some good suggestions for activities for my husband while we're in Eloy. We'll have a rental car, so he can drive. He doesn't skydive, has no interest in the tunnel; so what other stuff can I suggest to him? He does golf, and is planning on bringing his clubs. Any suggestions for a good golf course? Any ideas would be great. No smartass stuff, though. PS: This is my chance to show him how cool the skydiving community is. So Remi, don't blow it for me if you see us there!!! (kidding!)

I'm more interested in the list of who you'd not like to meet. I've got one or two on my list for that as well. And I am quite certain I'm on at least a couple of other's lists. I'm looking for a new dz.commer to stalk, tho, so I'd welcome any suggestions.
