Really? Then why does Bolas keep going on about how well you kiss? -

Ever heard of "Purity Balls"? Fathers attend with their daughters, and in some cases, vow to not even kiss a man until the wedding day. The title of the thread is a direct quote of one of the dads. Of course he'd love it if his little girl never kissed a guy until she married him. But how smart and/or practical is this really? Opinions, anyone? http://www.glamour.com/sex-love-life/2007/01/purity-balls -
Why would she need goggles when she has a full face? Chill out, people. So she's not a 100 percent accurate skydiving Bratz doll. Who cares? It's fun and it beats Martha fucking Stewart Barbie.

What she said.......

Derek is awesome. Great guy, but completely anal retentive about safety. Exactly what you want in a rigger.

A real hillbilly knows it's only one word.

Again, I must point out the glaringly obvious. Guys have the option of a little snip snip office visit to ensure they won't be procreating, vs a woman has to have a major surgery to have her tubes tied. I just can't get on board with the "oh, poor maligned male" shit...... Here's a novel concept...let's all take personal responsiblity for the situation we currently find ourselves in. We can either choose to learn and move on or we can keep on doing the same shit over and over and whine about it.............

Agreed! You've hit it right? Get the f*ck out now, that is your 1 warning, watch for holes in condoms next... Remember, women like to ignore things like logic and reason. RUN FORREST RUN!!! Hmm, I wonder how much logic and reasoning is being used by all these guys who are bitching about getting taken advantage of by females? News Flash! The penis is not a good source of common sense, EVER!!

Or, Give her an inch and she thinks she's the ruler. More like, "Give her an inch, and she'll pretend she thinks it's 6 inches just to spare your ego."

Yeah, I thought of you when I saw that one. I liked the froggy. The kiwi mouse was pretty cool too, tho a bit on the dark side.

Don't forget the cowards that send nasty PM's that then prevent responses from being sent. "Ouch, I've been bitch-slapped by a chicken-shit!" It's about as lame as those that would rather make angry threatening posts about recieving unwanted PM's from specific posters, rather than handling it privately and simply blocking those posters. Not talking about any specific posts, mind you.. ,

Not forgotten for sure...but respectfully, I said 'honored', it's a very special type of person that willingly runs INTO Hell so that others can escape it. Those people and others like them, are today, in MY prayers. Well, I don't pray, but you're right, they should be honored. I have been thinking of those that perished all day today; and I appreciate the sacrifice and courage shown by all of those who went in to help. It does take a very special sort of person to do that type of job, and I for one am very thankful that people like that exist. Thanks to all who have served in the past and who do so today.

Respectfully, they are not the only ones who shouldn't be forgotten. Thousands entered those buildings that day; some before the tragedy, some after. All those who didn't get out alive left broken hearts behind.

Far more lives were lost than 343. What am I missing?

Well, it said I was stoopider than the average person, but I can't remember how much stoopider. That's right, I'll admit it, I'm an idiot. Or maybe just drunk. At least I know that "stoopider" is grammatically incorrect. Sheesh, everyone knows that the correct wording is "more stoopider."

Dude, you can't PM me; I blocked you!!

QuoteMaybe she just rolled her eyes because it was her young step-mom, and not because of what she was wearing. I just don't want to be the one people look at go, "what the hell was she thinking wearing THAT?" I am a mommy, so I do care some. I don't want to come across as the inappropriately-underdressed wild, skydiving mother at the PTA. Wait, I see the problem here. She was rolling her eyes because you're wearing a black shirt with brown boots! Switch the boots or the top, and problem solved! Just kidding, you look young and fabulous...but of course, you are young and fabulous. 16 year-olds are just a major pain in the ass sometimes.

Sometimes I think people do that so that the other members of the forum know that someone is responding, and the OP is not being coldly ignored. Other times, I'm with you; just send the darn thing; no need to announce it. Care to discuss this further? I'm pm'ing you now.

The fact that it is a rare photo doesn't qualify it as a prize-winning photo. Interesting, thought-provoking....but not necessarily the best-composed of the choices. The eagle one looks like a photo shop job to me, but I assume it isn't, as it's up there. For some reason it just doesn't look real to me. I guess there's two schools of thought here: vote for what you think is the best composition, or vote for the one that represents skydiving and a fellow skydiver. For some people, they're probably one and the same.
