Here you go...I have more, including one showing what Jewels was wearing UNDER her gown, but I have to upload them still. This should do for now.
-
You know, that wasn't funny the first time you said it, and it is less so this time.

Today's the Big Day! She's getting hitched! Congratulations Julie and Troy, it's wonderful when two great people fall in love with each other.
-
Every other thread on here gets hijacked, I think this one should be no exception. You all should just talking about your usual stuff, regardless of what the original post was about. That should do it.
-
I don't understand why you don't contact a reputable piercer and get their input?
-
Holy crap that's a fantastic idea!! Starting a list of possible bannees now....
-
Top suggestion so far! (I actually just posted this in order to help Spence fulfill Squeak's suggestion I don't really give a rat's ass what he does) LLOVE YOU SPENCE!! MUAH!
-
No shit? I heard you were really good at bending over.

Today is the 10th Anniversary of the Columbine High School shootings. We aren't doing much celebrating.
-
Ok, what the heck are you all talking about? An episode involving skydiving? CSI Las VEgas?
-
Some of those get them a little later than others....I guess that's due to the wrong address thing.....

Oh, I'm quite sure it's possible to have a make up day! Personally, I like the every Saturday thing. Better yet, every Friday, since that's the day my fella and I have off together without kids.

Much longer when some jackass is riding my bumper.
-
People who think they are more important than everyone else.

Well said. I do use the left lane only for passing, but if someone is coming up behind me as I am passing a slower-moving vehicle, I am not going to accelerate even more just to get out of their way. They can damn well maintain a safe distance, and as soon as I've cleared the slower-moving vehicle, I'll get over. Since when is the road more theirs than mine? Speed all you want, but wait til you're not riding someone's ass to do so. Talk about idiots.

Only if it means running into the same assholes I've met here for an eternity.

Holy shit this thread has gone on and on and on...what is it some on here are so fond of saying? Something about a "waambulance"? Or "SIUCC!" Guess those shades you're so proud of weren't doing it for her. Don't you own about 75? Next time try another pair. That should do the trick.
-
You obviously missed the point of my post. I thought the way you did. So he made sure he succeeded the second time.
-
Ive been on the side of those left behind. My first love, someone I was with from the time I was 16 until he killed himself 10 years later, made the decision to hang himself. It was his second attempt. His first try was a weak attempt at slashing his wrists. I got mad, not scared. I thought he was trying to manipulate me because we were having relationship problems and he didn't want me to divorce him. I called him selfish and a jerk. I realize I was being selfish, because I was young and I didn't want to accept that he could really be in such a dark place. I wish he had done things differently. I certainly wish I'd done things differently.
-
Of course I considered that. If it had not struck me as authentic, I would have just let it pass. I work with a typical caseload of 16 patients....after more than 10 years, this is the only case that has gotten under my skin. I am seeking insight from others that have dealt with similar situations.....have you?
-
I think that may be the best advice yet. It's hard when you start taking this stuff home with you. I need to aim for trying to forget he ever shared anything with me.
-
Exactly. I wish this man had not shared with me what he did. Some things are better off not being known.
-
Unfortunately, you're right.

I think my scenario is different, in that your doc was doing what he thought was humane, and what he knew was in keeping with his patient's wishes. I wouldn't have any qualms with accepting this man and his actions. I have had many, many patients in their 80's and 90's who have expressed the feeling that they are done, and would like to be left alone to go peacefully. That's a tough one for them and for the docs treating them....sometimes medical science keeps us around longer than we would like. Every afternoon there is a resident who spends the afternoon crying out for her mommy. She is over 90 years old, and sounds so miserable. I would much rather end my life than to live 2,5, 10 years or more once dementia has set in to that level.
