That's a neat story. It just proves that sighs matters.
  2. Hey Wyat, Yep, it's me. I got the email Diana sent and I've already begun spreading the word, much like a virus... well, actually just sending it to the people in my address book. BTW, looks like I'll be going over the hill to take your canopy course sometime. I need to learn how to fly my new Sabre2. Later, Mark
  3. The Shark will be there, square, and uncontrollable.
  4. Yeah, i often check my stock portfolio in between AFF students. I'm also thinking of buying that second home on the lake.
  5. Hi Rosa, You and your mom are in my thoughts and prayers. Take care, Me
  6. Congratulations!!! Think of it this way... you only need to get ~20 more jumps for a "C" license for now.
  7. Guys dig scars on chicks...
  8. Hey KB, You promised to drag Gia over here to the left coast. Ya know, so we can be and stuff?! We can get her AFF done at 'Snore, then head over the hills to catch the "evening glass." The water is still pretty warm Insane Diego, CA. Shark
  9. Hope all is well. Sending good vibes from El 'Snore.

Q-Dog, Regardless of experience, I believe The Terminator can get the job done, whereas you might get it done. I think you still have until 5pm tomorrow if you want to try. What's more shocking? That fact that Arnold is running for governor or the fact that Davis isn't cutting it? I guess that's why it's going to the voters. Hell, even Gary Coleman stated he's voting for Arnold.

  12. But it was okay if you, two, drunk hotties are calling. BTW, that's midnight pacific time. Nice talking to y'all and welcome back! TAD=travelling around drunk. Stand by for tonight's DD call...
  13. All of the Telesis 2 rigs that we have for student use are equipped with RSLs and AADs.
  14. Next time you're out here you should make your way over the hill to make a jump at 'Snore!!! Plus there are other wineries yet to be explored...
  15. 9 cell crew!!! I'm there, but then again I have to be. Don't forget the Wine Country demo into Wilson Creek Winery on Labor Day!!!
  16. As I can recall, you borrowed the Sabre2 I was demo'ing. I own one now, but you'll have to come back to 'Snore to jump it.
  17. I was about to mention that Stilettos have a similar type deployment/inflation. My Sabre2 is still pretty new and every other jump opens in a 360, so technically it is an on heading opening. The openings, however, is as smooth as a Spectre, but with less snivel. During the first 5 jumps or so, it was diving with line twists and closed end cells. I was having it packed at the time since it was new, but since then I have been able to get it in the bag. I curious to see how the "new" PD canopy is going to fly.
  18. That act of courage might qualify for Hero of the Year!
  19. Okay if I bring beer to work Saturday????
  20. Anyone know if they have a website?
  21. Yeah, like bring back Daddy Bush and utilize the White House as a dropzone, resort, put up a wind tunnel, etc. Then again, we'll have to repeat that AFF Level 2, first... Heck, I'd volunteer to be on main-side for that one. I think it'll also be cool to have GB1 on radio for the canopy ride... make sure he flies his flight plan, etc.
  22. Spectre, Lightning and PDR 143, but jumping the Sabre2 full-time now.
  23. Undergrad, BS- Aviation Management Graduate, MBA Occupation (temporary), Professional Skydiver Anyone have a lead for a municipal bond sales position??? Must have a turbine DZ within an hours drive for consideration.
  24. We're talking about students who have few, if any jumps. If you are an instructor at our dz you will be in agreement regarding emergency procedures. We're teaching students, not those with thousands of jumps. We can debate this and the 2 out scenarios forever.
