Why not all outpatient medical facilities? Why do doctors performing abortions need admitting privledges, but not doctors performing other surgical procedures?     Just because the Supreme Court denied certiori doesn't mean that Texas cares about women. But the larger point is that you favor government mandates as long as they conform to your belief system. You don't really believe that the individual knows better that the government, you think that you know better than everyone else. - Dan G
