Yeah, I try to do that too. The thing is that most people react like 'hu, what's gotten into her ?' Most people don't act according to the "always let them know"-thing, so they can react kind of strange, like I'm some emotional wimp (which I am actually ... ) "Ha ! Since 3 years: close to none ... I fell hard on my right knee and it still hurts so much to lean on it. I tend to worry too much and too long about things, and search for worst-case-scenario explanations that are not even there. All this mostely about stuff I'm emotionally involved in. I know I shouldn't do this, because that way I make it only harder on myself.
