  1. Who could forget that one???? I'll add a few: "You think I'm a country bumpkin that can't handle big city roads!!!" - Anon "Because you are a BAD FRIEND!" - Andyman "Once again, I didn't bring it up" - Billvon There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  2. I'm going with the gymnastics/dance that I've done has helped me. I got flexible from that, and I have kept some of that flexibility (and I still do some of the cool stretching exercises I did long ago....) I guess with the flexibility, I can jump alot and not feel too sore (that might be wrong, though.) I do get sore from hard openings and stuff, but not just from jumping. 3. I completely agree with you, Lisa. Adding on...if you make abortion legal only in the circumstances of rape and incest, wouldn't that give women an even greater reason to accuse a man of rape when he is innocent (let's not forget that rape thread where men are under the impression that it already occurs frequently.) Yes, as you've figured by now, I am pro-choice. I do believe people's opinions can change (from personal experience....I used to be anti-abortion before I educated myself more on the subject.) 4. Which is my point....if there is such a long waiting list to adopt, then why are children without steady homes? There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  5. Both. I guess I figured that if there was such a long list of people that wanted to adopt, then they would've adopted some of the people I knew. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  6. I don't fully buy that, considering I know many orphans who went from family to family. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  7. It's really not that simple. When killing "terrorists" or putting "felons" on death row, you do kill innocent people. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  8. Yeah, which is why I never understood bombing abortion clinics, especially since people (like at Planned Parenthood) may be there for something not related to abortions at all...like a pap smear or pregnancy test. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  9. I've actually never had the chance to get a "pencil pack" done. I've technically only owned gear for 1.5 years, and every time I've had a repack due, I had to do something to my rig (put in a cypres, changed to a boc, replace riser covers, etc etc....) I'll probably get the next one actually repacked, too, since I didn't get the chance to see the repack on my brand new gear yet. I watched and stuff a few repacks with my Vector, but none so far on my new stuff....and I'd like to...so....I guess this question for me really won't apply for 7 more months or so. 11. I'm not a big fan of poetry, but that one actually "moved me" or something silly along those lines. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  12. And it doesn't have to be a huge production of it either....finding something small to give a person to live for works, too....whether it be a pet, a book they still really want to read...the Superbowl....anything. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  13. This will be short, but I do have to disagree with this. People who talk about suicide are not wanting attention. People who talk about suicide mostly just need to talk. I don't figure that needing someone to talk to is needing attention, but I guess it could be flipped around that way. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

  16. Hehe! Since last May, I've lost like 30 pounds (when my roommate moved out, she took her twirly fwirlies with her!) But, I'm still not feeling like I used to...you know...being able to run 3 miles and say "Maybe I should run one more!", not feeling like taking a nap at 1 pm. I guess I didn't realize just how fast my metabolism slowed down from high school. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  17. 5 years since I've seen Jackopierce:0:0 My quick sum up: there is something incredible about a band that has meaningful lyrics, awesome harmony and can pull off a duo-acoustic mix while still entertaining a crowd. So, anyways, no interesting jump stories (don't tell Jessica, but it is way too cold to jump), but I did see a darned cool concert, so I will share my story for no one to read! Back in high school, I had a friend who seemed to know all these cool not-so-well known bands (he heard of most of them from Aware Records.) Two of the bands (one being Jackopierce) sounded alright, they had a couple of catchy tunes, but he always told me, "Their music on the cd is nothing. Seeing them live is absolutely amazing." We saw them live shortly before the band broke up, and I was hooked! I still listen to their music often; their one cd in particular I can listen to everyday and still not be sick of it. I heard they were coming to the House of Blues (an awesome venue...I highly recommend finding 9 other people to go with and getting one of their special rooms!) and I immediately bought some tickets and grabbed a hot date for the show! As I expected I had a great time seeing them live once again! The House of Blues had been sold out for their reunion, and I hope this inspires the band to get back together! 18. I like the Trib. But Chicago is a frozen tundra. No! It's really warm! It was like 60 degrees this weekend (it's really easy to lie over the internet! Wow! I need to do this more often!) There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  19. Nothing confirmed, but I know the little elves behind this are working on it. I'm not a damn elf! So, a slight update...we have some figures on leasing out planes, rough numbers on attendance...things willl be discussed this coming up weekend...stay tuned, kids! 20. Sorry your hours suck, Jess. But, I'm tellin' ya...the Chicago Tribune needs people like you! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  21. Thanks, Bret! The other rig is up for sale....it's a decent rig, still in good shape, etc, but not the best for freeflying, and I didn't like that huge space in between my back and my rig. So, let the Purdue kids know I'll give them a Boilermaker discount! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  22. I love it! I'm not too afraid of stuff popping out, coming open, etc. It is so comfortable...it's nice having a rig that moves with my body. And it actually fits me! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  23. They do have smaller hardside suitcase that are measure to be carry ons...I don't have one, but they do exist. I don't know if Army Navy Surplus carries smaller bags. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  24. Either a duffle bag from Army Navy Surplus (durable, cheaper than the fancy shmancy gear bags) or (what I have) a hardside suitcase that I use as a gear bag. I can beat it up, spill stuff on it, etc and it will still protect my stuff. Also, it locks up, too. Sure, someone can pick the lock, but if the gear bag is bike locked (still have to get one of those...)to something else, someone trying to undo that, pick the suitcase lock, etc will get noticed. hi guys

Hmm...okay, I've thought about this... It doesn't seem like you have a problem with him looking, since that biology thing makes people have to look. Every relationship is different, so to say whether it's acceptable/unacceptable of him making comments is for no one to decide. If it bothers you so much, either let him know, or if he doesn't get it, start making comments back to scare him, like "Yeah, they are really pretty, but they don't have enough scars!. Ooh...that's how I can look better! I should go scar myself! Yeah! I've been wanting to look prettier lately! Thanks for the tip honey!" There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
