Stretching afterwards relieves tension in muscles and tendons and prevents the build up of lactic acid (which I believe is the reason for some soreness.) Skydiving is not aerobic by any means, but the same reasons for stretching apply to any physical activity (weight training, walking, even gardening if that is physical for you.) But, that is way off topic. Congrats on the many many jumps in 10 days, Ray! That is awesome! I won't jump much more than that in an entire year! Actually, that was my grand idea at one point...find some dorky guy (I went to school at Purdue, it wouldn't have been difficult) who's too scared to skydive and would be my bitch. I officially just finished two of my projects here at work! I just sent them off to people more important than myself, and people in the states I worked on will soon have higher auto insurance rates! After how long it took me to get it done, you guys deserve higher rates! I've also had to deal with women in the bathroom, once again. One 5 foot woman insists on using a can of hairspray everyday to make her hair huge every morning! I think she has issues with being short. Some women on this floor also use the bathroom for social gatherings...it's quite annoying. So, screw eating right! I'm going to get some donuts! Well, whatever it takes to get yo ass up to the Midwest! I'm in if there's NO VIDEO!!! (Although, that Girls Gone Wild guy did get arrested, so at least I won't have to worry about getting on it! ) Either that, or I will do the naked jump out of a Cessna (but being that cramped....there are just some things I don't want to be that close to....a naked climb out would be...uhh...interesting.) I have jumped with someone who was intoxicated, and I didn't know they were. They have thousands of jumps, know what they're doing, etc etc, but they messed up (as in there they had some safety issues on that jump) that got them noticed for being intoxicated, and they got cut. If I knew someone was high, drunk, or whatever else, no I would not jump with them. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

I still want to skydive naked; It just won't be with video or with anyone I'm attracted to (and no creepy men on it either)! I think it is uncommon, but I've heard similar things before. One guy that jumped at my old home dz rarely jumped with other people. We weren't sure if was too nervous to, or if we made him feel uncomfortable. After talking to him about it a few times, he basically explained that he enjoyed skydiving by himself. He said that he works 70 hours a week answering to so many people that he really just enjoys spending a minute completely by himself. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
