  1. Okay, you caught me. I do have a couple of other categories, too. The subcategories for "No" breakdown: "No, and you're such a creep, you should be lucky that some consider you to be human." - self-explanatory "No, we have nothing to talk about." - You know...the people where it seems you always have an uncomfortable silence with "No, you just aren't my type." - Also, self-explanatory. These are where my guy friends fit. The thought of kissing them grosses me out no matter how attractive other people think they might be. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  2. My old collegiate skydiving club just switched from training their students from primarily s/l to AFF. The club had a much better retention rate with s/l. The second jump only being $35 as opposed to almost $200 helped that one quite a bit. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  3. Wow! And men think women are complex! We (or at least I) don't have these long rating systems and categories. Ours are much simpler than that: No: I would not date him. Yes: I would consider dating him. If he does something stupid, then he goes into the "No" category. Some things in life are already complicated enough. Why make it even more complex? Simplify, people! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

  5. Your name is on the "Tickets bought" list.....that means you have to come. No matter what. See ya there. Mike No, the tickets were never bought. I thought I'd get some cheap tickets, but I don't think it's going to happen. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  6. My dad won't buy me jump tickets ever since he saw my cutaway! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  7. No! Not here on dz.com!!!! Noooo.....I'm not that sexist...I swear! Also, it looked like most people said Dell! That will never get old! Just a warning, though, I am looking into martial arts classes....so I can say that I can kick ass and mean it! Okay, for anyone who is bored, does this sound "okay." Is there anything you would recommend getting/not getting? There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  8. That's the best compliment ever! I like being funny! My old Micron is being evil. Something odd happened, and it went back to my old desktop from last May, and all sorts of other weird "stuff" happened. It's not a virus; I already checked. Thanks, Nightingale!!! Some of their options I'm not sure if I want or not, but they have a nice little site there to buy stuff from! It looks like I'm gonna go with a Dell! I think I'll get the flat screen monitor for Christmas! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

    Who Are You??

I am my thoughts and feelings. I am what scares me, makes me happy, gets me upset, interests me. I am my opinions and how I view things. I am the person that has been affected by everything I've seen and experienced. I'm also the person that is still untouched by future wonderful experiences. I could give a list of who I am right now, but (another part of who I am) that is always changing. I'm someone that learns and grows everyday. 10. Eek! I probably should've stated that I do not want a laptop! I'm not even considering one. So, yeah! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

  15. Okay...so, how about this...neither have power! Does that work for everyone? There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  16. Yeah, I knew a few from college. I really don't consider myself to be. If I was, I could easily be making much more money right now. I picked my job becuase I like analytical "stuff," and I'm halfway decent at it. Yes, I did math "stuff" for fun during my spare time. I actually went to professor's office hours to find out the weirdo difficult math stuff they were doing! (Which made me realize I some of the math stuff I could never hack it in!) I found a job that involves a lot of analyzing. If I was a slave to the dollar, I would've stuck with engineering. But, I didn't like the EE labs I was in, so I quit. It's what I'm good at! I wasn't saying it was every stripper's last resort, but it is for many. I don't think anyone can deny that. Ack! You guys aren't actually reading what I'm writing! I'm not saying all! I was saying some! Sheesh! I don't think I'm "perpetuating" anything. I haven't really said anything that wasn't fact. Most strippers would not give a 70 yr old man a lap dance for free. Many do it as a last resort. That, to me, does not show power or control. A person in that situation is being controlled. Once again, I could buy that if they would do everything they do in a club for free. No, I knew a guy that was "forced" into being a stripper as well. Actually, it sounded like the women he met were worse than any guy that's ever been in a strip club. But, they were all talking about females, so I stuck with that. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  17. Sure you do! Male escorts make more than male strippers! Hmmm....they are...somewhat. When they have bill collectors calling constantly, debt to pay off, kids to feed....they need money....lots of it...and quick. Their only other option to getting a lot of fast money would be to go bankrupt. So...it is somewhat "being forced." There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  18. Yeah, but they think that it's all they can do....so, they're somewhat "forced" into it. As in, it's many women's last resort. He said that women are no longer forced...I would say that's essentially being forced into it. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  19. Those days are gone? Really? Why do so many women feel like they don't have another choice then? Why do so many women take it up because they can't think of another way to make good, fast money? Would they really love what they do if there was no money involved? Most wouldn't. That's all I was saying. They do not have power or control. They're doing something for money they normally wouldn't do for free, hence money has a control over them. (I doubt many of them would give a 70 year old man a lap dance for free.) I don't doubt that there are quite a few men with that kind of addiction. However, not everybody who goes to a strip club has an addiction. Almost everyone who tries heroin even once has an addiction. It's not an exact example since addiction is not the norm for strip clubs. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  20. I agree. Unfortunately, I need money for things like food, shelter, hobbies etc. Like I said earlier, I would do many of the same things I do at work for free, however. I just happened to get paid for it. So, the money doesn't really have any kind of "control" over me. I like what I do, I used to do it for fun (yes, I would do math for fun), and the money is just an added bonus. I don't know of many people that would take their clothes off for someone gross and nasty for free. Yes, I have been to one. I don't see the guys doing much other than sitting there. I have seen pretty girls do things for creepy men's money that they would never do for free. Hence, they do things strictly for the money. Hence, the money has power over them. The man has the money, so he basically has the power. That was a good example, but sexual stuff isn't usually an addiction in healthy individuals. People can get seriously ill without heroin once addicted. People don't die without sex. Hence, sex isn't a "need." Yeah, that is completely different! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  21. Oh! I completely agree! Like I said, stripping for a sig. other is like taking "performance boosting" pills, or doing anything to "spice up one's sex life." More power to anyone for that. Whatever floats your boat. Stripping for money does not give you power. Most of them are doing something for the money soley. Money has power over them. Men generally have the money. Hence, it's not "empowering" nor do the dancers have "control." The money has control over them. My bosses don't really exert "power." My bosses rock. Of course, if I don't do my job, if I come in late all the time, etc, then they will have to exert power. I used to do what I do for my job in my spare time! Their job is to look and dance pretty. I'm not sure how they're not being objectified. Same goes for models...although they just sit and look pretty. Whatever floats your boat, but don't pretend that people who do this have any kind of power or control. They don't. They do something specifically for money. Hence, money has control. (Fine, there are a few that would do it for free....most wouldn't.) There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  22. Hmmm....in this situation, money does equal power. I'm not saying all dancers, but most would not do their job for free. They are controlled by money, which means it has power. In many situations, money equals power. I like to avoid situations like that (okay, so I go to restaurants, blah blah blah.) And, yes, I would do my job for free (if I didn't have to worry about eating, living...if all of that was taken care of, I would come here and not get paid.) There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  23. No kidding! I'm 23 right now, and I will be 23 for the rest of my life. I definitely don't feel "young," though. I walked by my old high school....did everyone look that young when I was there? There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  24. The men are. They have the money. When you go to a restaurant and the server is nicer than they are in real life, do you think they are in control of the situation because they make you feel better? No, they act a certain way because you have the money and you determine their income. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  25. Umm...I don't see how it's empowering....but, I don't see anything wrong with it either. People will always want to learn how to "spice up their sex life." I guess I see women wanting to learn how to perform a strip tease in the same light as a guy taking "performance boosting" pills. Now, if the woman is taking the class because her partner is making her...well, then that is a different story. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
