  1. Today is Treat Day. Treat Day is a marvellous day where people bring in food. Today, someone brought in a cake. It was a very pretty cake. It looked like it belonged in some cake decorating contest or something. It was all fancy, and it looked yummy! Everyone kept walking around the cake...afraid of it....like it would bite. Nobody wanted to cut the cake. I'm hungry. I like sugar and fat. I walked up to the cake and cut myself a piece. About 3 minutes later, a lady walks in exclaiming, "Oh no!!! Who cut the cake??? It wasn't supposed to be cut yet!!!" I said that I cut the cake because it's on the food table. Food is meant for eating. Was I inconsiderate to the cake's feelings? Did it want to sit and look pretty or be eaten? There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  2. Don't forget the Hot Sex!!!! Mmm...Hot Sex.... I'm okay with people having a low iq. You can't help what you were born with. It's when the low iq is matched with a loud mouth...that's when the problems set it! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  3. I still wish I was a gay man blowing an albino penis.... There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  4. Well, okay, I also heard it in high school and in college... (Wow...talk about thread drift! Quade, did you think that this would turn into a discussion of WWII? ) Only July 13, Foreign Minister Shigenori Togo wired his ambassador in Moscow: "Unconditional surrender is the only obstacle to peace..." Martin Sherwin, after an exhaustive study of the relevant historical documents, concludes: "having brokent he Japanese code before the ware, America Intelligence was able to - and did - relay this message to the President, but it had no effect whatever on efforts to bring the war to a conclusion." Americans would only accept an unconditional surrender and would not allow the Emperor, a holy figure, to remain in place. I'm so glad I have this book! Otherwise, I would have to argue based completely off of my college courses, and I would have nothing to "back it" with. And, let's just be logical here......if someone dropped a brand new bomb which no one else had yet figured out how to make and it killed 100,000 people, and you knew they had another, similar one waiting, would you really say, "No! We're still going to fight!!!" There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  5. Are they using Nagasaki in ads????? Maybe I should watch tv! I'm curious as to how they're doing that! And, they even teach middle schoolers that dropping the second bomb was a mistake. Even our public school systems know better! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  6. Wow. You really think that????? I thought that most have come to the conclusion that it was a big mistake. It seems that you really are easily influenced by whatever the government dishes out in order to "protect our freedom." There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  7. Where's me Lucky Charms? There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  8. Are you sure about that? How do you know that the war wasn't basically over and peace treaties were being discussed before the bomb was dropped? Why was the second one done? Over 50 years ago....so? Why are they still ready to go then? Shouldn't we have learned back then how the government scared people into believing that destroying so much was "for good"? It's what's happening now, too. We need to destroy to make it "safe." BS. I have. I've read both sides of the argument. I know that you can't put all your eggs in one basket...and one fact. That's what you are doing. Yes, Hussein was one of the "bad guys." Do you really think he's going to be replaced by a "good guy"? There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  9. So did Bush... So have we... These sound like fear caused by government propaganda: There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  10. Seeing that Badnarik came from Hammond, IN (the town next to mine) made me smile! That's just something small but cool! My family (dad, uncles, aunts) probably went to school with him!
  11. Haha!!!! I didn't know that he was from Hammond! My dad probably went to school with him since they're the same age! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  12. Are we supposed to take out every major asshole? Is it our job? Were you really living in fear of Hussein taking over and "destroying your way of life"? There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  13. I didn't date much until recently, but I would have to say usually the exact opposite would happen with guys I was interested in. The one time in my life where I was too shy to kiss a guy, and he was too shy to kiss me, we hung out all summer long. He thought that it was really cool that I jumped. He was into some cool things, too, and he was a really smart guy. He didn't show much interest in jumping, but he would always ask, "So, jump out of any planes today?" Most of my friends are whuffos. I've attracted many whuffo guys. Very few have been intimidated by my skydiving. Most thought it was "neat." There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  14. HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Hmm...I wonder how I made out on that deal... There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  15. Well, I looked behind me and started talking to my rear (thanks for the compliment, Eric!) It didn't seem to have any clue as to who this gear belongs to. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  16. I always feel bad for other skydivers who lose their gear (not just because I have a problem with losing items on a regular basis.) I like to do my part when I find gear to try to find the owner. This is the best part of this website. There are very few skydivers that you can't get a hold of. Either they are on this site, or they know someone on this site. I found some very valuable gear, and I thought I'd post a picture of it up here. There are two pictures of it. The first one is of just the gear. The second one shows why this gear needs to be claimed immediately. I can't protect it forever! If anyone know who this belongs to, please let me know. 17. People who have everything to lose and start losing some of it.... There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  18. I'm not feeling so hot, so I'm just being a bum around my house. I'm being a big ol' couch potato and just flipping stations. I went to check out TLC and Discovery because they've always had weirdo studies/shows that I never would've heard about anywhere else (hey...actuaries don't talk about much other than trends and rate need.) So, when did they turn into non-stop home decorating, house building, motor making shows? I'm not sure if there's much learning or discovery on them.... 19. I love it when you take charge, Rosa There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  20. What can I say...I finally adopted SDC's theme of "Spread the Love!" I think Amy distributed the Hot Sex better than me, though. She was also my favorite person to share it with! (And...I've been called worse!) There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  21. No, but I also can't imagine dating someone who didn't go to Purdue, doesn't love math, doesn't like to read, isn't a liberal, doesn't like to dance, likes crappy beers, doesn't like to jog, doesn't love sleeping, and (most importantly) doesn't love donuts! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  22. Go Purdue! I'm really excited about it because of the reunion of all of my old drinking buddies this year! Mmmm....Breakfast Club! All hail to old Purdue! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  23. I cried because I didn't get picked for the Bozo Buckets. My brother was a contestant on the Bozo show, though. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  24. I can get on my head now, Tomas! Does that make you smile? Are you going to be able to get away from law school at all to come play with our good vibes this weekend? THAT will make you smile! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
