Actually in the game Counter Strike to be "pwned" you got "owned with the pistol" means someone just wasted you with the lowest weapon in the game other then the knife.. It's a very low cutdown in the Counter Strike world. [rant] I'm really pissy today about the time of this game. How come the Boston & Yankees game is more important than the Astros & Cards that they force the NLCS to play at 3pm in the afternoon? I think that is just a fucked up deal. Force a playoff game to happen in the middle of the afternoon just because you want the Yankees on in primetime!! [/rant] Oh well, the Astros will still win I'm very surprised Garner gave the nod to Pete Munro. This is a move of confidence I believe. Sounds like me when I first got here. They (the company) used to hand type all the forms. Only computer they had was an old 486 that held the consignee database. I'm so glad we actually got into the 90's a couple years ago. They issued us all refurbed pIII 866's !! Wahoo! I still have to fumble with the typerwriter when doing Hazardous Declaration for Air. Usually takes me about 5 forms until I can actually get one typed without mistakes. The Hideaway is awesome on Steak Night!! In our area Conway, we could eat steak 6 nights a week all for about $10 a meal (minus beer & drinks) When I was single I used to hit the local bars / pubs in the area and eat steak at least 3 times a week. We should put together a "Skydiver Steak Night" and get some of us together. I had alot of fun on Wed. when we used to get the skydivers night out. Add a steak and some good beer would be even better. You make a good point.. But having been a fan of sports in Houston for along time (20+ years) I know better then to point my finger in the air and say it's over.. It's not over until we actually get the win in St Louis. Plus, there is speculation that Clemens may be saved for a possible game 7. The Cards may not have the series lead at this time. They've got home field though for the next two game. I BELIEVE BAYBAY!! ONE MORE!!
