Thanks and you're right, the team busted their collective asses from the first week in August till the very end, they never ever gave up hope. Neither did I. I've been a diehard Astros fan since I could watch baseball. Seen them struggle, seen them in the NLCS with Mike Scott pitching the split finger etc.. So I've seen it all.. This team this year is by far the best one I've seen fielded by the orginisation. Way to go Astros!! I may be a minority one this one.. but .. fuck I hope not!! The way he handled pitching, lineups etc.. this post season was fucking aweful! He lost us some key games (game six NLCS) because he choose to play future games with the line up, instead of trying to win the one at hand. I'm turning 38 next year and midlife is slapping me in the face fast. I'm a 20 year smoker and have always been thin (150-160lbs thin) never worked out in my life cept for highschool and college sports. Normally stayed pretty active. Last year or so I've gotten really lazy. I've noticed this huge layer of fat growing around my waist. So I've been thinking very very seriously about starting some type of workout program or going to a gym. Also going to be attempting to quit smoking in the coming months. Just have to get my motivation back from those aliens!! Anyways.. I'm with ya Dave.
