The owner is from Philly, so he brought the skill to make an awesome cheesesteak sandwhich to Houston with him. I make the best breakfast sammiches in the whole world. 2 eggs fried 3 pieces of bacon fried 3 pieces of toasted honey wheat bread Mayo or Miracle Whip (I like MW) 2 slices of cheese 2 or 3 pieces of thinly sliced ham grilled warm on the bacon 2 pieces of thinly sliced tomato Combine in sammich format and consume.
