Oh trust me everyone who works with me are all being very nice to me. I'm not denying anything. I'll be the first to admit I'm jonesing really bad. I also decided I'm not going to change my routine. I can't.. That's how I live. I had my coffee this morning, and it was hard, but I made it.. I've made it 12 hours!! 7 of them I was asleep though. I promised my dad I would quit for my birthday if he made it a year. He made his one year on March 6th. So I'm trying... Wish me luck and lemme know any tricks you guys used. 21 years seems like a long time, until you put it up against my dad's 58 years. Went to the doc last week to get advice. He prescribed Zyban & a small low dose Xanax pill if and when I get really fired up to help calm me down. I also bought some sunflower seeds. While I was in the liquor store Saturday night I got a box of cocktail straws. Man this is ROUGH!! Oh ya can't forget the patch CQ stage 1.. Yea get to 89 I gave up.. my fingers were numb for hours afterwards. I can't blame Chelle, I found it on another forum so she's innocent... this time. I'm starting tonight, going to jam it thru Sunday and roll into Monday hungover like freshly steamrolled pavement. I'll also be graving a cigarette. As of April 4th they are hopefully going to be not in my life. A little present to myself.
