What's the average price of a 1 or 2 bed flat (apartment) where you live?

Ok you're not going to believe the later part, but where I live a 2 br condo starts at least 250k in a crappy area and in a upscal area it can run up to 800k USD not to mention monthly maintance fees. You know I don't really care too much about Karma. I just want to make sure things are done and done right. I am not out to fuck anybody I am just here to be the best person I can be. I am the last person to use the "Your karma will come back to you." line. I think that line is bad karma. You mentioned this whole Jury of our peers thing. Is anyone ever tried by a jury of thier peers.
