I hear you bro. I worked a double yesterday. Then there was a big fire in a nearby distric, so I was on standby at my FD. I did an EMS run, and then had some running around to do. I took an hour nap. A discussion in the incidents forum made me think about this. I was at my local DZ the other day, and realized it is busy then again look at where I am and what is in close proximity. We Have JFK, LGA, and ISP as the major airports nearby. As well as numerous smaller Airports. Off the top of my head there is Republic, Gabreski, Mattituck, Montauk, Spedarro, and I am sure there are a bunch more I just pulled those out of the top of my head. While you are there buy yourself some 3/4 inch PVC pipe, and insulation, and duct tape. Cut the PVC pipe to about 4 foot lengths, and cover with insulation. Then wrap in duct tape to secure the insulation to the PVC. Then find a friend give them the newly fashioned boffer, and beat the snot out of each other. Ahh good times.
