  1. Eloy has not had a fatality in nearly 3 years. According to manifest we had appx. 100,000 jumps in the last year. I know statistically speaking, less than 10% of the jumpers here in Eloy have under 1000 jumps. Chris is correct folks.........you can't have it both ways.
  2. Well heck just as long as you don't lite your farts I would be ok..........bwahhhhhhh

  5. Something to remember is that actions speak louder than words........but silence speaks volumes... Feel free to support whomever you choose, but please don't try to cram your .02 down people's throats. I think we all understood your position the first time. As for me........I will wait for the facts.......ALL of them. Cheers

  8. Chromey~ Weight! A 96 pounder is gonna TEST a bit differently than a 200 pounder on the same amount of damn soda!
  9. Aggie you are correct!! Even a soda may coast ya depending on the variables.
  10. In answer to Olympic drug testing there is an extensive list from the OIC and NCAA(for collegates) of prohibited drugs. Most are stimulants and include the likes of sudefed, albuterol inhaler, some cough meds........performance enhancers.....e.g. anabolic steroids. At the Olympic level urine tests are done randomly with the athlete being assigned a "chaperone" which follows the athlete from beginning to end of performance and allows for no consumption of any beverages unless given by said chaperone until after the sample has been taken. Some meds are permissible with a Dr.s affidavit, and requires approval by the OIC and its medical staff.
  11. I don't think that it was necessary to point out Roger's past. He paid his debt to society, and he openly talks about his past. He made mistakes, we all do, but does this make for a life long sentence? As to speculation and innuendo I will wait until all the facts are in. Yes, the media is calling all the major DZ's, yes there are questions that require answers, yes they are just doing their job. Remember that as a society we love the negative mud slinging crap, the hard reality is that someone died.
  12. Oh not only do we have rattlers....but those nice spiders, black widow, brown recluse, oh and lets not forget the scorpions both black and white ones.....I'll take the sumac, ivy and oak!

  14. It all depends on the situation. Full face for some jumps especially if its someone I havent jumped with before, Bonehead for camera, Aviator for freestyle. Gatorz sunglasses or goggles.
