Who said anything about USPA monies? IF SDA decided to have a small onsite museum I assure you it would be by the efforts of the folks that live here. (No worries your money is safe) As to accidental touriost, I am afraid that you are misinformed. We have weekly tours that are a scheduled through the visitors center, and is one of the most popular tours offered. Yes and that IS why we have chocolate and vanilla ice cream...choices...why...some even like it swirled! Imagine that!

Is that so? You want to explain to me why then I have given countless tours and lectures to thousands of visitors thispast year? All non-skydivers. As to the museum issue it is something that has been talked about since the early 90s. If a museum ere to be put in Eloy, it certainly would not be meant to compete with the USPA national parachuting museum . If one can't see the validity of having one...no problem! We're just an itty bitty lil desert place....nothing to see here...move along.

Well I have to say, I don't think I would enjoy watching anymore of his antics. We see a lot of people come through the doors. More often than not a seasoned skydiver can access when a person is is a danger to themselves or others. This fella will be watched closely. A big kudos to our own fozchek. She had no qualms letting him know what an idot he was. It had something to do with a heart and a spoon

I have no idea. We were quite dumbfounded. I don't think he gave thought to anything! So the question I have is; given that this person behaved in such a manner, would you consider jumping with him?

What men don't have them? Women make up 15% of this sport. To my knowledge, women who are sponsored comprise less than 1% of that 15%. If one thinks they are sponsored because of thier gender, perhaps it would be wise to go out and fly with a few of them. Odds are they can fly most people....like cheap kites.

At the lack of common sense! A jumper with 90 jumps decided he was going to swoop the pond...with borrowed gear none the less! As if attempting to swoop the pond wasn't bad enough, after landing near the pond the bloke jumped into the water gear and all! To add to it the gear belonged to....Chromeboy. The pond swimmer is now owner of said gear. Some people....really shouldn't skydive. No injuries were sustained, but I think we can add this one to the Darwin thread. B2

I havent followed the show all season, but I know talent when I hear it and Jasmine aint it! She sang most of the songs with intonation that was often flat as well as poor inflexion. She never displayed a sense of timing and often forgot the lyrics. UGH! She should have been out and LaToya and Fantasia in. I have to agree....America was just plain ol wrong on that one.

Proposed Schedule (Mondial style) Friday, October 21: Judges Arrive Saturday, October 22: Judges seminars: Teams arrive Sunday,October 22, Official Practice Monday, October 24 through Firday October 28 Competition Saturday, October 29: Competition completed by 2 pm followed by closing ceremonies, banquet, and party Sunday, October 30: Departure.
