Skydive Arizona will work in conjunction with Skydive Moab to put on a boogie in one of the world’s most scenic settings this fall. Skydive Arizona will bring its fast, 16 place King Air A 100 to Canyonlands Airport October 1-3. If there is sufficient demand we will add a Super Otter. Moab is a spectacular place, world famous for its scenery and a Mecca for outdoor activities. Mountain biking, off road driving, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, and backpacking are world class. There is an active BASE jumping community and a number of legal BASE jump sites not far from town. Because Moab caters to adventure tourism, there are motels and restaurants for every budget and lots of shops and tour outfitters. This is the ideal place to bring non-jumping friends or family for an adventure outing. The airport is literally across the street from Arches National Park and just a few miles north of Canyonlands National Park. Weather in the early fall is perfect for skydiving, with temperatures in the high 70s to low 80s (25 C) during the day and upper 40s (5 C) at night. If you need to be convinced about what a great location this is for a boogie, take a look at photos on one of these web sites: www.skydivemoab.com www.moab-utah.com www.discovermoab.com

What a great story...thank you for posting it. B2 -
Skyballs generally require a skyball master to jump with it. I hope that ya'll won't even consider jumping it without one, there are some logistical considerations as well.
